How do I get an appraisal? Simply contact us to set up an appointment and one of our team of appraisers will meet with you at our Newport Beach office or at one of the jewelry stores that we visit (please check our event schedule for details). Do I need to leave my items for appraisal? All evaluations are done in plain view throughout the duration of your appointment.

I've been going to World Gem Services for about two years now and I keep forgetting to write this review. From my first visit I felt the professionalism and commitment to customer service. I inherited my grandparents vintage jewelry collection and I wanted to know their value and what everything was. Throughout my many visits they always impressed me with the top notch service and jewelry appraisal skills. Mike and Samantha are the dream team in my opinion. If youre looking for jewelry appraising, this is definitely the place to go. I also love that I can either mail stuff in or drop in for a visit

Great place to get a quality appraisal. I had several items that I needed to both verify were real diamonds and get appraisals for my insurance. Samantha was beyond amazing. Very courteous, helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. Wonderful experience. They also work with luxury watches too. That's good to know for the future.

World Gemological Service took my wife's diamond ring, which wife and I thought was around 6 carats, and upon World Gemological Service agents careful review of wife's Princess Cut Diamond of VS1 Clarity and F Color, and estimated to weigh 7.22 carats, along with two (2) side diamonds estimated to weigh 1.6 carats; which report was a complete surprise to my wife; which made her very happy.
