We had an appointment for three today. They were on time. Dr.G is patient, friendly, and explains things we need to know. It's great to have one place for both kids and adults.

Dr. G is our dentist for the whole family. Right before Christmas travel, our kid injured his tooth, potentially jeopardizing the whole trip with our families. Considering facilities close for couple of days around Christmas eve, Dr. G made every attempt to squeeze in a quick visit and made time to review the patient. She was very responsive and provided necessary guidance to us. We were able to make informed decision on the travel. Appreciate her earnestness.

Dr. Rupa Govindarajan and team did an amazing job. They took the time to explain and talk thru the process. The hygienist Lakshmi did a great job and was very considerate in taking it easy to ensure my comfort. The check in and check out process was a breeze. Laxmi did a detailed job on my cleaning today. She was very careful with her work - I never winced in pain! Dr. G was kind and offered good advice as usual.

Dr. G is very knowledgeable and always advices what is best for you. The best part of her I like is, she avoids unnecessary treatments and "keep an eye" approach to save her patients from unnecessary sufferings. Her staff is very cooperative. The staff always make me feel like family. I like them so much that I took my two year old grandson by the office just to say hi! I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a dentist.

I do not recommend Dr. Rupa or her hygienist Stacey. They used scare tactics with me, recommended a ridiculous amount of procedures ( 5 years worth) and made fun of my severe needle phobia! After I mentioned my needle phobia, Stacey asked me if I had any tattoos because in her words " People say they have a needle phobia just to get out of having Novocaine" . Well Stacey, my phobia is real to the point of you triggered insomnia for weeks. Thanks for cementing my phobia further.

Odd as it sounds, I enjoy going to the dentist because my dentist is Dr. G. She demonstrates a high level of knowledge and professionalism and she and her team are as warm and caring as people can be. At seventy-seven I have seen many good dentists, Some were relatives, but she is the best. I cannot say enough good things about my experiences at Sam Bass Denntistry

Dr. G works with me even though I do not have dental insurance and made me feel very comfortable even though I hadn't been to a dentist in over six years. Also, my teeth weren't in the best shape. She broke down the payments and I came back to fix cavities when I could afford them. She truly cares about her patients and I have been going to her for a little over three years now. Affordable and thorough. I no longer worry about going to the dentist and go for checkups twice a year.

Had an emergency today. An infected tooth of all things. I searched the web and found the office of Dr.G. I called and the secretary fitted me into the schedule quickly. Within an hour and a half from the moment I called I was taken care off. The staff made me feel comfortable and the doctor was marvelous. Thanks a lot.

I have been going to Dr. G for about three years now. I had not been to a dentist in years because my previous dentist was a brute in his technique and in his spirit. So screw him, hehe. Sam Bass Dentistry is no marble lined, high profit upselling machine. It is a simple office in an older area in Round Rock. However, the office is clean and orderly. Dr.G and the staff is amazing! This is the first time I ever had a dentist actually explain the procedure step by step and STOP if I needed a break. I am a patient for life!

I went as a new patient to get a routine cleaning. I just had x-rays done in June. I'm 24 weeks pregnant and Dr. G refused to treat me unless I submitted to x-rays.
Yes, she knew I'm pregnant.
She did offer to let me transfer my records from my old dentist so she could review those x-rays, but after her repeated attempts to pressure me into x-rays, regardless of my baby, I had bad vibes and decided to leave.

I wouldn't recommend this dentist. She seems to have no real concern for the actual health of her patients (and in this case, my child).

My bridge fell out. I looked silly. Being new to Round Rock I called several dentists that did not seem to care. When I contacted Dr. G's office, the receptionist had me hold, so she could ask Dr. G if she could find a way to see me. They had me come in one hour later. The wait was very short. The entire staff made the visit pleasant. Dr. G could have taken advantage of my predicament and gouged me on the cost... she did not. Very fair. Dr. G is amazing with my children. We had a baby tooth that needed to be pulled, and she did so with no discomfort to my 9yr old! Amazing! She is very kind and patient with children, and also with Mommies that might be nervous! We are so pleased with the whole office. We are so happy to have found her.
