I called last week to get a quote and the lady who answered the phone was super friendly and nice. After calling around a couple other tow truck places, this place had the best pricing and customer service so I decided to go with them :) I scheduled my appointment a couple days out to have my car dropped off at the dealership due to a engine recall. The driver, Chris, showed up right on time, was super friendly, and helpful! Definitely using Capitol City when I'm in need of a tow truck again

The company was extremely helpful, compassionate, and professional in what was a very stressful time for me when my car stalled in a giant puddle after a heavy rainstorm. They gave me a very honest wait time and even showed up earlier than the projected time. They were extremely helpful and understanding, service was perfect.

I rarely ever actually never comment about a place but i felt i had to share my experience. After my car was lifted and we were on our way to the car shop i realised my bank card was missing. The driver was willing to turn around and he actually helped me look for my card. Long story short he found my card which was between the seats smh. Hey bro i really appreciate it man. My vehicle broke down an hour away from my home due to a leak from the engine. I called every towing company within a 50 mile radius from Folsom and David from capital city towing give me the lowest quote and they picked up my vehicle within 15 minutes. My car was delivered to my home extremely fast in perfect condition. Extremely happy with their speedy service and would highly recommend you call David as compared to any other competitor. Completely satisfied with our tow person, Eric. He really saved us. He was suppose to tow our mdx to the mechanic, but instead... when he arrived, he looked around n asked us what was going on with the car. We told him about it and he gave a suggestion, and than we tried he started the car for us. We checked several times and it started. We are so thankful and blessed that he was so kind and generous. No one ever needs a tow on a good day. I hope that when that day arrives that Capital City tow shows up because our operator was such a nice guy and so helpful. Really good dude who helped my daughter and I out in a tough spot and went above and beyond any interaction I've had with Tow Truck operators in the past.

I called around and CC Towing was the most reasonably priced option to get my baby to the repair shop. Chris was on time and friendly plus they actually charged what was quoted (a lot of reviews for other towing companies have mentioned being charged more than quoted). Would definitely use them again if I am in need of a tow.

I had a FANTASTIC experience with Capitol City Towing!! I had a very bad day with my car today , over 20 miles away from home , at work and I was a MESS!! I spoke with Cari Jo who is an absolute sweetheart and she helped me get what I needed done , done . I got a Tesla, and on day 6 of owning it, got a nail in the tire last night. Tesla roadside assistance sent capitol city automotive. 90 min eta. Great guy came and swapped tires to a loaner tire. Patient, informative man. Said that the original Tesla tire will be dropped off at the rocklin Tesla center by this morning. I called Tesla this afternoon and it still hadn't arrived. Called again this evening, still no tire. I wish the guy from capitol city had kept his word. Or not given it in the first place. I wish he'd said "we'll drop it off in the next few days" instead

The first time I ever call a tow truck service. The initial service intake, I believe from Donna, was great. She was able to get me connected to a two truck driver within an hour. Chris - the tow truck driver was very understanding and patient. He explained what he was doing and his quality of service was amazing.
I have never been so satisfied with customer service! I absolutely loved their service and willing to assist.
Chris made sure that my vehicle was well taken care of throughout the whole ride and ensured that it got to the mechanic well.
