Called in for an insurance quote Friday morning. Didn’t hear back so I followed up around 4/4:30 Friday, was told the lady that did the quote was in a meeting but it was on her desk and she would call me when she was done. It’s now Tuesday and I still haven’t heard back about the quote.

Tried to get insurance pricing. Filled out info online for someone to contact me. Never did. I even called the office and the lady I spoke with assured me someone would call, NOT. Wish I could rate with 0 stars.

I have been using them for over 2 yrs. everyone that i have worked with have been very kind. Most times I have to bring in my 2 young children in when i have business to do and everyone is patient and sweet towards them as well.
