By far the worst shopping experience I have had. Took almost 10 minutes just to get a salesman to help me. Then when one did he seemed totally put out that he had to help me. Took me to the used car I was interested in on a golf cart. He never got off the golf cart. He handed me the key and told me to look at the car. Never offered a test drive or asked if I had any questions. When he asked how I was going to purchase told it would be a cash deal I did not want to finance. I was told then you have to pay sticker price and $825 dealer fee. Told me if I want to buy a used car with cash that is how

Definitely, has the product you are looking for. We have being searching for a CR-v and we got it. Now, Jim help us throughout the entire time. They have the text message feature that they can text while on the computer, and Jim did invite it us for 3 weeks to Sarasota. When the time was right we went and found us what we were looking for. Great job Jim. Don't think there are not pressure about scarcity with cars etc... There are but with a smooth talk every one accomplish everything. Remember to ask for Jim.

Every time I get my Odyssey serviced here, I wait on site. There's plenty of space to sit. The waiting area is comfortable and quiet. I've gotten a lot of work done on my computer. Service department has always been polite. My complaint is the length of time I'm there. It's always been around 2 hours, usually longer (for oil changes). They say they look over the whole vehicle but I am never notified of anything that may need replaced. I have to tell them I'm experiencing problems in order for them to look further. I would recommend this place. Just be prepared to wait,

Coming from Orlando to Sarasota to pick up our truck was already stressful enough! I let Larry know I wanted to be in and out as fast as possible once there and he assure this was completed. From the great host experience(offering us sodas, coffee and water etc…)we had since we arrived until we sat down with our financing counselor Joe the entire experience was just awesome! We will def. return!

Wilde Honda was, by far, the best experience we've had buying a vehicle from a dealership. We live in GA and the thought of buying a vehicle so far away was scary. From the very first phone call I had with Josh Rivera, I felt comfortable. He went over and beyond to answer our questions, address any concerns we had and send us videos and photos of the vehicle we wanted. The finance department was great. We had our own financing, but they were able to beat the interest rate and overnighted all the papers to us to review before our trip. Meeting Josh in person and testing drive the vehicle was wonderful

We discussed fixing a part of our car with the service advisors multiple times and they discussed a $600 fee for the service. We had to order the part and they were not receptive to calling us when parts came in and when we called and made an appointment because the part was in, we showed up for the appointment and they doubled the price on us. Giving excuses about how they "don't order parts". This place is a bait and switch and a total scam. Literally drove over an hour and stayed after working a 14 hour shift at work to get this done.

I have been shopping around for a while and this place was the strangest of the bunch. Some of the sales people were nice, others pushy, or totally ambivalent. Grant was nice when I was with him, but then never called me back, or followed up with me dispute requesting him personally each time. I eventually found another guy to help, he was ok, but was not working with me at all on the price:( fair enough I guess. But he did not prep the truck for me as required, or follow up. I walked...
Perhaps I have higher expectations for someone putting together a car deal than I do the oil change guy.

I have purchased many more vehicles than the average person due to a work requirement and also lived in multiple states.... Wilde Honda of Sarasota is bar-none the absolute best experience I have ever had. I made arrangements via email with Martha Colera ahead of time and when I got there spent about 10 minutes doing documents that were prepared before my arrival. I was brought to Raphael Carlisi in Finance and we buzzed right through. They treated me like royalty and respected my concerns. Seriously, I have done the new car thing dozens of times and many were good with other Honda dealers, but

I have bought 2 cars in the last few years there. Always had them serviced at Wilde. The last time I called to set up a simple oil change, got a nasty and not helpful person. Rude and nasty!,!
I will now take my Honda elsewhere to be serviced. I expect customer service not just from salespeople but from the entire staff.
So, so disappointed. Have to think about where to buy my next car just because of this.

We had a great experience at Wilde Honda. Jim Sweeney did an amazing job answering questions and helping us purchase our vehicle. There was no pressure, we got the price we wanted, he was knowledgeable and extremely professional. We never felt rushed.
