I came in as I could not get my key out the ignition. Out of desperation, I drove to the nearest Volkswagen dealer and I received prompt attention and despite that they were busy with their service appointments they managed to replace what needed to be replaced and I was able to get my car back before they closed. Let me not forget their shuttle service. Great accommodations and the driver very professional. I would definitely come back to this location. Great customer service.

Still waiting for an airbag the manufacture notified as a safety concern. The dealer also acknowledged the need for the recall. Bought the VW Beetle brand new in Chattanooga, TN where the service was always outstanding and the employees demonstrated kindness and competence. Haven't seen that degree of customer service in Bradenton.

This service department is AMAZING!!! They worked me in and listen to my concerns. No other dealership could find the problem and Jasen the mechanic found it! Vivian was such a sweetheart and so easy and nice to work with! I am sooo excited that finally the problem is fixed after 6 months of everyone else scratching their heads.

One of the smoothest and easiest car dealer experiences in a while. Joseph Mocadlo was our salesmen and made the whole process easy, smooth and fast. Everything was done over the phone by the time we got there it was just signing. Ok I have to say I am very impressed with Bob Boast VW. When I walked in the door I was greeted by Mike the General Manager. Great Customer service, Friendly and Professional. Justin the Finance guy, was outstanding on getting all the paperwork done. Shannon, got the new Atlas Cross Sport Filled with gas sent it off to detail and explained the different features that came with my new SUV. I have to say, before I came here I went to another dealership and they treated me terrible. Want a great deal on a new auto. Give these folks a shot to earn your business. They go the extra mile....

The salesperson was unprofessional from the start and continued this behavior throughout the horrible experience. He spent most of it talking about himself. He couldn't answer questions about the vehicle and was extremely rude when we sat down to negotiate. I really wanted to purchase the car and he as much told me that anyone who asks to negotiate more than a couple hundred dollars is shown the door. After an exhausting exchange, to which he didn't seem to have any interest, he was replaced by another person. This person was definitely the more typical sales person...trying to be be

I bought a new car on the 3rd of September, 2018 premium four-wheel drive car and trading time no more than three hours, there is no free oil change, I am ready to drive back when I found the car sunroof can not open, and later I opened it again. I thought I wouldn't use the new car. I couldn't open it the next night. Now I called them and asked if I could change my car. They said that they can't repair, I think Very wronged to buy a new car will be guaranteed immediately, this is my first time to buy Volkswagen. I had some serious issues with a 3rd party mechanic shop which said they could fix my 2007 Passat's power steering and multifuntion module. When the 3rd party failed; Steve, Mike and Jorge stepped in and took the best care of my car. Mike, the Service associate, made sure he separated what was under warranty and what was actual labor costs to my advantage. Steve Bertrand was overseeing the entire transaction and kept tight communication with VW Corporate, as well as the shop Mechanic (Jorge). To understand that a dealer is good- you have to go to another dealer. After I was at Guenter VW- I understood. Boast is the best VW dealer I was at. They found the problem and fixed it under warranty. VW Golf 2016 purchased from them. The other dealer did a software update after Service error message.

My wife and I bought a nearly new VW CC in Tampa and brought the vehicle to Boast for warranty service. I went to the service center last Wednesday to schedule the required service (oil change, tire rotation, brake fluid replacement, etc) and was told to bring it in on Thursday at 8:30am. I brought the vehicle in the next morning at 8:30 and got a courtesy ride to work because they said it would take about 2 hours.
At 1:00pm I called to see if the vehicle was done and to get a ride back to pick it up. I was told that they had to check to see if it was ready and they would call me back. At
