The Land Store was established in 1989 and is located in Elizabethtown, Ky in the Cool Springs Center. Our licensed staff offers more than 100 years of combined experience in the firm. Our work with real estate really begins from the ground up. We do agricultural, commercial, industrial, and residential developments in the Elizabethtown KY and Louisville KY area. Tim holds his real estate and auctioneers license in Kentucky and Indiana. He works with clients and on projects in multiple states including Indiana, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Oklahoma, and more.
Tim Aulbach is the President of The Land Store, Inc. Tim has built a successful career by specializing in multiple areas of the real estate industry. He began as an auctioneer in 1984, and added his real estate license in 1985. He has become a notable entrepreneur through his various businesses, including The Land Store, Inc., TDA Properties, Inc., KY Auctioneers, Inc., Magnet Properties, Inc., and Aulbach Pence LLC.

Don't trust them when buying from them they don't tell you everything or the truth or who you will be living by I live near criminals that the land store never told me before buying I live near neighbors from hell (DONT BUY NOR TRUST THE LAND STORE INC ) OR YOU WILL BE LIVING IN HELL FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.
