Used this company twice. The first time was great and the representative was very professional. The second time I used this company there was an incident that happened while transferring my car. While letting the representative on the phone know of the incident she began to be VERY rude and unprofessional with me. I was only calling to see if anything could be done. If not, no problem! But, yelling and being nasty to a customer that spent money with YOUR company is ridiculous. Please, spend your money with another tow company who will be professional at all times! Not just when they’re taking

When my vehicle happened to break down near the airport as I was trying to make a flight, I called a few tow companies in order to find quick service. BR was the only tow company who really seemed to care and expedited my call. Nicole did a very professional job loading my vehicle and taking me the rest of the way to the airport. My vehicle arrived at the repair shop in a timely manner as well. I hope I won't have to use them again, but I highly recommend BR Towing to anyone who needs them on the south side of Atlanta.
