Horrible service and quality of work! Something breaks almost weekly and every “emergency “ visit is near impossible to get scheduled as they just explain they are busy with no openings. This kind of business MUST allocate time and sources for emergency repairs. Especially given that it seems to be a brand new trainee that does the work every time. Possibly the reason why everything repeatedly breaks. The sales job they gave us when we were interviewing places was great. After we signed, it all went away and the professional evaporated.

I came to Dr. Stoll’s office because of a bad experience at another office, and I could not be more thankful I found this place! Dr. Stoll and the entire staff are so helpful, friendly, and professional. They make you feel comfortable every time you are in here. I cannot recommend Dr. Stoll and this office enough.

Dr. Stoll has been treating two of my children and it has consistently been a great experience. I'm also a general dentist who refers many of my patients with orthodontic needs to him. Dr. Stoll keeps up to date with the latest and best techniques to get the best results. His team always provides a great experience. My kids certainly enjoy each visit.

Quality of care is top notch. Staff is very warm and friendly and Dr Stoll is a perfectionist.
I felt like the communication with the patient and parents always met expectations. I currently have two children with braces and they are both patients with Stoll Orthodontics.
For younger patients they do a great job making the experience fun and exciting with different challenges/awards/promotions.
The only thing keeping me from giving a perfect score is that scheduling was sometimes very difficult. I'm assuming that this is just because they are a popular place which - in the end - is I guess

Shady business practices , they portray super nice and friendly when it really comes down to it, they are just pushy and dishonest , never ever give them a deposit ! If for some reason you can't start treatment , or change your mind, Good luck getting your deposit back!

I Have had my time wasted on many occasions at Dr. Stolls office. I Have had my appointment rescheduled 3 or 4 times which resulted in my treatment being delayed 3-4 months. Last time I went in they told me they were behind 15 minutes (not a big deal at that point), thirty minutes later I was told Dr. Stoll had a consultation that was more important than my appointment. They rescheduled me for three weeks later.
As far as treatment. I have had Invisalign for almost 3 years (was supposed to be 20 months or less). My teeth definitely look better, but are still a bit crooked on the bottom fronts
