First class service & great experience! We've have been clients of North Coast Limousine several times and they are always top notch professional with excellent quality and service. On our recent limousine trips to and from San Diego Airport for our family vacation, Bill and his team took great care of us. Pick up and drop off was right on time and on our return, they were waiting for us at the curb as soon as we exited the terminal. Fantastic company to work with and I highly recommend their service!!

This place is terrible! I called asking for a quote to do a one way transfer for 12. I was offered a larger vehicle and said no thank you then we hung up. About 3 min later, they called to offer me 2 limos if we'd like to split up our group with a perfect price. I agreed and was super excited. Night to get picked up, 1 limo arrived and I was told I was lying about the 2 limo offer. I would NOT recommend. Pretty shady business

Awful customer service via the phone. Don’t even bother calling this dude. My requests may have been out of their reach, but that is no excuse to being rude over the phone. Many other companies who cannot accommodate us carried on in a professional matter. In the companies response they also state many things that are false. First, we were more than willing to rent out the transportation the entire night, which we ended up doing with another company. Second, it was never made clear to me that they do not provide certain services during this season. Third, I did not expect this company to know

We have used North Coast Limo since they started in Vista about 25 years ago. They are family owned as we are. We have always had great feedback from our families about the clean vehicles, well mannered and compassionate drivers, and the on time service.
I, as an individual, have used North Coast Limo many times over the years for personal use whether it be for my son's wedding, a ride to the airport or cruise terminal, a night out, or anything else where I want someone to drive. They are always prompt and available whatever the adventure might be.

My family has used the services of North Coast Limo (NCL) for over 15 years and we can truly say their service has been consistently excellent! While we use Uber and taxis sometimes, we use NCL for all of our most important rides (e.g., airport) because we can count on them and we can plan ahead.
Their cars are great and the drivers are all personable and excellent. It is more satisfying to have a company that knows you and who you are than to call a stranger all the time. If you like to plan your services ahead of time, then using NCL makes even more sense than other services.
