We have an entertainment company in SD and have been using many charter companies to this day. This weekend for the first time we rented a bus to Las Vegas with Highline Charter and I can definitely say it was the best transportation experience. Pricing was slightly cheaper than most companies but they also had the most amazing driver and their bus was super nice. Overall we had a great experience with them. Highly recommended!

Highline was referred to me by a friend that has used them a few times, always raved about how nice the vehicles were and how reasonable the prices are. I never need transportation for a large group, until a few weeks ago when my boss asked me to find chartered transportation for 25. So I contact Fahri, I told him that I was referred him by a frequent client. And he hooked it up! The mini bus was incredible! My boss was so impressed he plans on using Highline as much as possible. Highline provided transportation to move 130 guests from the outdoor wedding at our home in Point Loma to another venue on the water for dancing. They were spot-on reliable and punctual, and their buses impressed everyone for the luxury and comfort of their interiors. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Highline Charter has been the BEST experience I have had with a charter company. We reserved a 47 passenger bus to help us take our group of high school students to summer camp in Arizona this past summer. Our experience could NOT have been better! The bus came perfectly on-time for our departures; BOTH bus drivers were knowledgeable, polite, and safe; and we couldn't find another company able to compete on price. Highline will be our immediate go-to company for our summer camp travel needs for the foreseeable future. Can't rave enough about our experience.

Highline Charter delivers another great year of transportation for Younglife summer camp. We had dozens of trips this summer all without a single disappointment. Highline has great new buses, professional, courteous and helpful office staff Lydia and Cecilia and top notch drivers Richard, Jose and Monica drove my buses and were amazing. Highline was referred to us by our wedding coordinator. We wanted a shuttle to transport our wedding party and guests between the ceremony location in Balboa Park and the reception in Shelter Island as a convenience to all due to the difficulties with parking on a Sunday at both places. It proved to be worthwhile! Highline has a a nice selection of fleet vehicles to choose from. We were helped at first by Vanessa then Natasha; both were excellent. Moreover, our contract was for 5 hours of service. When we actually went over that day by a half hour, Highline's owner waived the extra 30 minute

This review is for the great customer service I received from Lydia at Highline Charter! About 1.5 weeks before our wedding, our transportation accommodations fell through and we were frantically looking for 2 shuttles to transport 60 guests. Highline was recommended to me by another company and although they had some available shuttles, they didn't have exactly what we needed. I thought it was a dead end, but an hour later Lydia called me back and said that she's been trying to come up with ways to transport our guests because it was my wedding day and I shouldn't worry. Each year the Friends of Scott Foundation takes a group of kids and their families to a Padres Baseball game. With provide transportation from and to Rady's Childrens/Petco Park. After having trouble with a different charter company in prior years, last year, we decided to go with Highline. Natasha was so helpful and communication with the drivers couldn't have been better. We decided to use them again for this year's event!

Highlline Charter handled the transportation needs for our wedding and did a super job! We had two coaches and they shuttled the wedding party and guests from the hotel to the venue. They made multiple trips and there wasn't one mistake. We really appreciate their professionalism and kindness. It was great to be able to provide this service for our guests, so they didn't have to drive after a night of celebration.

We used Highline Charter for group airport pickups and they are amazing! Great customer service, so friendly and very responsive! I receive a phone call 2 days before all my groups' arrivals/departure confirming pickup locations and time, as well as the driver's name and cell phone number. Airport pickups are a HUGE part of our company's reputation and highline has done a phenomenal job helping us get our groups to and from where they need to go. Vanessa is my contact person and she is always on top of things and makes sure everything is in order!

I did not use Highline, however they are the best people to do business with. One of their buses accidentally damaged the front end of my jeep, through no fault of the driver, things just happen. The owner took amazing care of my family and I. He brought us in, drove us in his personal vehicle to get a rental, covered all costs of the rental and repairs to our jeep! Highline Charter gave us a little scare on our wedding day.
After booking the 43 passenger bus from the resort to my wedding venue the charter bus arrived at the wrong location. Although everything was confirmed in emails and in the payment receipt the bus went to the wedding venue and all the guests were waiting 45 minutes at the resort. We almost had to postpone the ceremony but luckily to be safe we arranged for a very early arrival and everything kicked off only a couple minutes late as they got everyone to their seat. The operations manager at the venue told the driver he was in the wrong

I found Highline Charter on Yelp and after calling over 15 other places for a 20-30 passenger limo for my mom's 65th birthday, their prices were competitive. I initially spoke with Natasha. She was extremely professional and helpful and was able to make our reservation. Due to issues with my e-mail, I had to call back the following day and spoke with Natasha. Natasha was equally as nice and professional and was apologetic for the confusion, even though it was an issue on my end with my e-mail.

After a complete cluster with Carpe Diem bailing on us 2 days before our wedding, we were able to get in touch with Fahri here, who was quick to help us, gave us some great options and pricing, and got us back on track in no time at all for the wedding. Anyone who has planned their own wedding knows the kind of panic that is induced by a vendor bailing on you 48 hrs before (especially on Friday before a holiday weekend!) .... these guys truly came to the rescue. I debated writing this review - because sometimes when you find a great company you want to keep them all to yourself so they don't get too busy.. But I will take the chance because Highline is such a professional company. We used them for transport to and from San Diego to LAX. Amazing service. Our driver had to wait for us on the way back from London as our flight was delayed for 4 hours. He was still there early just to be safe and had just a great attitude. We also used to take my daughter and her friends to the Tim McGraw concert in Chula Vista. Again, timely, professional, knowledgeable

Our normal "dude" aka driver wasn't available for a pick up/return home ride last week so I hopped on Yelp and started making calls. Everyone I called was $115+ for a one way from the airport to the La Costa area. HuH?
These guys quoted me $75 and I was sold on the spot. They said they'd call me back in 15 minutes to get it all set up. 30 minutes go by so I call back and the guy is super apologetic and takes down our info.
There was a bit of miscommunication as he wrote down my cell # wrong (he had it on his caller ID though...) so I had to call dispatch back to get a hold
