Joules Begalle found her inspiration for alternative health after a car accident in the 1980's, when a chiropractor changed the way she thought about health care. Since then, Joules has dedicated her life to the healing arts and has studied everything she possibly can from massage to aromatherapy, polychromatic light therapy to color therapy and her passion, vibroacoustic sound therapy.
Vibroacoustic sound lounge technology generates a soothing three-dimensional motion delivered to your body through the combination of audio transducers, headphones and/or ambient speakers. The technology delivers non-invasive massage-like mechanical stimulation through audio frequency which relaxes the body and soothes the mind.
Light Therapy is a safe, non-invasive technology built to change the way you care for you and your family through all of life's events - BIG or SMALL. Light emitting diodes (LEDs) emit near infrared (NIR) light or light of various colors (polychromatic). Applying these diodes with various wavelengths and frequencies of light to the body stimulates a cellular response that triggers the release of nitric oxide.

This place is amazing! Joules is the best. So helpful and knowledgeable. AHHA is home to so many different alternative and holistic remedies for relaxation, rejuvenation and optimal health.
