Our rehabilitation team has extensive experience and expertise in all aspects of the patients' convalescence, making our inpatient rehabilitation program truly comprehensive. Our experts attend to the problems directly related to an injury and to the underlying causes.
Our rehabilitation team provides the necessary care to help patients recover after a surgery, severe injury or illness. Rehabilitation is a treatment program that helps patients regain some or all of the movements and functions lost because of health problems. Rehabilitation bridges the gap between acute care and home care or independence.
Started in 2002, the respiratory therapy program is the longest running unit in Miami, FL. Our care is focused on critical respiratory cases. Our patients are primarily admitted from Intensive Care Units, Long Term Acute Care Hospitals Trauma Units, Critical Care Units and Respiratory Units with similar diagnosis of respiratory failure, chronic respiratory disability or trauma.

In September 2021 I was transferred to Victoria Nursing and Rehabilitation after battling Covid-19.
Being bedridden for a couple weeks with Covid-19 and the huge array of medication they treat you with, my body needed this. I felt weak and out of sorts.
I had the best and most attentive Nurses,Emmanuel and Edgar who made me feel safe and well taken care of.
I bothered them a lot with so many questions but they were always very patient and caring. I thank them so much!

I spend day and night trying to get through phone calls no one never answers the phone. Especially in the 7th floor where our Mother is at. Doctors don't even call to update us about her status. They also always hang up the phone đŸ“±on us the family đŸ‘ª. Horrible communication đŸ™„. Honestly I don't recommend it at all. We can't sleep or eat as well not knowing anything about Mom. It's all about the money not Love for the patients there. What happened to the love of their profession.

Worse rehab in the universe to get a hold of a nurse to speak to them about your family member is HELL. No one knows anything the famous supervisor is never able to attend to you nor even answer a call. Your family member can be dying and you will never know. I have been on hold for 23 mins with my work phone and my cell phone and still have not been able to get a hold of no one. The operator just comes back and transfers me without even saying one word to me and when she gets tired she hangs up on me. have no info on my mom or what's going on.

If you love your family member, please DO NOT under any circumstances allow him/her to be taken to this God awful place. My mom was taken to Victoria after a week long stay at the hospital in order for her to receive physical therapy. Well, to make a long story short, my mom caught Covid 19 at this facility and almost died due to their negligence. This is an absolutely horrible place.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have been calling for two days trying to get my grandmother discharged because she no longer wants to be in this facility and no one answers the phone in that department or bothers to give me a call back. When I try to get in contact with her I have to call about 10-20 times before they actually transfer me and don't hang up on me. There are a few nurses that are wonderful and I will always be thankful for them helping my grandmother that is on the 6tth floor.

1 star is not even good enough for this place. Do not believe all these 5 star reviews. This place is terrible and they do not care for the patients properly.
My family member was there and was discharged with a large bleeding bed sore. Was not bathed and was left in wet diapers for hours. They don't return your calls, and you can never get to speak with the doctor. No communication to the family regarding the patients progress.
Stay away from this place, they need to hire qualified nurses and aides and a doctor who cares.

My grandmother was a resident of Victoria and I have nothing but many thanks to the entire staff. Victoria nursing and rehab is a unique nursing home. My grandmother received excellent care until the day she left us. The entire team was very caring, from admissions to social workers, to activity personal. I will be forever grateful to Mara, Jessica, Javier, Alina, Maria, Carlos, Irma, and to every Nurse and CNA that took care of her over the years. Whenever I visited or phone the nursing home my grandma was clean and enjoying activities. The team cares and the resident’s wellbeing was a priority

My 90 year old mother had a fall that required surgery and rehabilitation. Victoria was suggested to us and it was the best decision we made. Our experience so far has been excellent. She is very well taken care of. The therapists are very professional and caring. The administration has helped us with all the paperwork. Everyone is extremely helpful.

I was hesitant to select this place for my husband’s rehab but boy was I pleasantly surprised. What it lacks in decor it more than makes up for in staff, treatment, care and food. It is like being home with family. The care givers are kind and friendly and truly are concerned for their patients. They go beyond what is expected. The food is all home made and delicious. The therapists are very professional, patient and very effective. They have recently redone the 2nd floor and it is very modern and beautiful. State of the art. I would recommend this place to anyone.
