I had several broken flowers in my flower arrangement, and the same and following day I found flowers laying in my drive way from my arrangement from the delivery person. I can only imagine how many of my flowers was in the delivery persons car. I phoned and explained the situation, the following day they delivered a few flowers, white very tiny roses when the broken one was very large red rose.

Their website is a poor experience for ordering but it was close to my friends home where I wanted to have flowers delivered. I paid $65 for what I thought was a nice bouquet. Unfortunately the bouquet that was delivered looked nothing like what I ordered. The flowers entirely different and the size and shape of the bouquet was different from my order. Really disappointed and I won't be ordering from them in the future.

I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law’s memorial from A Sign of the Rose and I cannot express how incredibly beautiful they were! The sprays were so full and vibrant. We wanted it to be a ‘celebration’ of life and the flowers represented our feelings perfectly. They were so fresh. A few days after the service I pulled the flowers out of the sprays and put them in vases around my house. They lasted for 2 weeks! Thank you for putting such care and quality in your works of art!

I called yesterday evening in a panic bc I forgot to mail my mom a birthday card... 🤷♀️
The woman I spoke to was sooo kind and helped me review what I liked online and checked stock to make sure they could… make something beautiful for my mom. She ensured they would arrive today even after ordering on such short notice and they did!!
My mom was over joyed and they were GORGEOUS!! Fresh and healthy with such beautiful colors and texture. I will be a life long customer and will be sure to tell friends and family of what an exceptional experience I had!!

First and last time using Sign of the Rose Florist. Decided to use this florist to get flowers for my wife for our anniversary. When they arrived my wife sent me a photo (like she usually does) but I realized that what they sent didn't look like what I had ordered. I called to see if there was something they could do, but their answer to my surprise was no. For a whopping price of $89.99 (Over $100 after taxes) I expected not only to receive the flowers I ordered but better customer service. Below I attached a photo of what I ordered and another of what my wife actually received.

This place was so rude to me over the phone. I will never go there ever again for anything. I called to ask questions about bridal corsages and stuff and the woman told me she was all booked up, which I understood because June is the wedding month...but she spoke to me in such a nasty tone. While I was in the middle of saying "well thanks anyway"… she HUNG UP ON ME. So rude. I can't believe that's how you would treat a potential customer. I will never go to this business for any occasion ever again and I would not recommend this place to my friends.
