Very pleasant, helpful phone contact for out- of- state birthday order. I went by reviews, website, location, and was not disappointed! My choice of the sugar maple arrangement in a pot was delivered on time and looked just as advertised ( recipient sent photos & loved it). The driver called her about delivery time also.

I live in Indiana and my granddaughter was in the hospital in Colorado. Try getting balloons sent to her and put an order thru Ava's. 2 days later and they still weren't delivered. Cancelled the order and called Spring in Bloom... The lady was really helpful and help me select the perfect balloon bouquet. They were delivered to the hospital in 2 hours and my granddaughter loved them. Thank goodness for this florist. 😃🖐️😄🖐️😃

The woman who helped us was so courteous and helpful. I would give her another star if I could. I'm guessing she was the owner or manager, or an individual with lots of experience. My son and I needed a bouquet for a special graduate, but we did not have an exact combo in mind. She provided expert advice on what works well together, what was fresh, what smells lovely. She was patient with us and understood that we needed to discuss the options to reach a consensus on our end. She guided us to a really beautiful arrangement. At the last minute, we had to change the delivery date, and she was unfazed

Absolute best flower shop in CO Springs! AAA+ customer service, super friendly and helpful. There was a slight miscommunication about a floral order I purchased and they went above and beyond to correct it. So, so happy with the gorgeous arrangement and swift delivery! Gorgeous flower arrangement that has lasted (and gotten even more beautiful) for nearly a week! My boyfriend order the flowers via a phone call and verbal description. They were delivered quickly and looked very pretty with some flowers that had not opened yet. Over the next 3-6 days those flowers opened as well!
