I've been to this place multiple times for acupuncture therapy. The therapist, Ryoko Takayama is polite, but very rude in terms of time she spends with the patients. Sessions were designed to be 40-50 minutes each time.
Twice she spent less than 25 minutes (17, & 24 ea.) in the treatment.
Also, she rushes through the therapy and each time she over book the place with multiple patients and switching from room to room to keep up with the patients.
You will not get an honest healthcare service from this place.

This review is for my initial consul with Ryoko. Check in was quick and painless (make sure all forms are completed in advance) and I was promptly seen. After a thorough conversation over the issues I hoped to address, she came up with a treatment plan and we began. My appointment was completed in about an hour. As someone who is skittish about needles, Ryoko assuaged my worries and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the process. With one exception, the needles didn't hurt at all and left no bruising or evidence. I was amazed and look forward to my next visit.

I trust Dr. Takayana to practice safely and thoroughly. She has offered me pain relief for acute back injuries. The instant relief was nothing short of miraculous. She treated me for a chronic knee condition which did not resolve but that was a “Hail Mary” anyway. I highly recommend that you try. Again I got relief for a very painful back ache.
