Little River Learning Center is a Preschool for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. The staff at Little River are committed to providing quality care and education for your children. We understand the good outcomes that can occur when children receive good care. We believe in caring for the child as a whole human being with thoughts, feelings, needs, and the ability to learn, no matter their age.
Our compromise is to provide opportunities that will enhance and develop strong Christian principles and practices, as well as prepare them for their future educational experiences. Little River provides care that serves the child and the family far beyond the "day" and well into the rest of the family's life.

Services
The teaching and administrative staff at Little River are qualified, professional individuals who strive to maintain a loving and stimulating environment for each child. Each staff member is CPR and First Aid certified, and maintain at least 18 educational training hours every year. It is a goal for teachers at LRLC to nurture relationships with each individual students by making them feel loved, safe, and confident in themselves.
We have one infant classroom here at Little River and it provides only full time spaces. The classroom provides an area where infants can explore and make new discoveries. Our friendly nurturing infant teachers are ready and willing to help make the transition away from home smooth for you and baby.

I shared my thoughts over two years ago, and as my daughter is getting ready to graduate from pre-k here, I will write again. My daughter is ready for Kindergarten! I made the choice to give her one more year to grow her confidence and this year she has absolutely matured into a confident little girl, thanks to the teachers and her friends here. The cleanliness and security are still top notch! My husband and I were both "essential workers" and Little River stayed OPEN to help those of us still required to continue to work at our prospective jobs. I cannot thank them enough for loving my shy little

I have a little bit of a inconsistent schedule and the administrator and teachers have been wonderful. Any needs that have been voiced have been met with empathy and kindness. My daughter loves her class and her friends. I feel she is already learning so much with the curriculum that is used as well as valuable social skills. This is convenient to my home and is a nice teacher/student ratio. I’d stay home if I could, but this childcare center has given me much needed peace of mind. And did I mention it’s affordable? It’s so clean and offers security others in the area do not. Thank you!!
