After using three other big name companies, we hired PIE for lawn and shrub service. They had a tough challenge with us because we bought a bank owned property with really poor quality soil and lawn and really tired shrubs. The results have been amazing. We cut our own lawn and pull our own weeds and do all of the trimming ourselves - usually on Sundays. I frequently send Bryce, one of the managers, photos of what I might be concerned about and he always responds immediately with a suggestion or a promise of a site visit to treat the issue. And we NEVER pay for all of the additional treatments

First let me state that PIE does a great job keeping my lawn in check. I've had them service my yard for 3+ years. Having said that, I can no longer trust them with my Lawncare. They have put my dog in peril at least 6 times. I've called and called and to no avail had success. Friday 3/15 they left both gates open and I had to find them AFTeR I let my dog out. Imagine getting a knock on the door "sir I am so sorry but I didn't see your dog. He's laying on the side of the road". That didn't happen this time but it very likely could have. PIEs inaction

I used them from 2013 - 2018. Early service was excellent, but declined over that period. My property surveillance cameras captured Plant It Earth charging for services they did not perform. I gave them an opportunity to remediate the situation over the course of 30 days...apparently they were not interested in my business. I have moved on.
