On the Go PT can help whether you are recovering from surgery, trying to avoid surgery, or dealing with a new pain that seems to have started for no reason. We use a unique blend of manual hands on therapeutic techniques, combined with guided supervised exercise, which will help you achieve your goals.
Dry needling uses a small needle inserted through the skin into areas of the muscle with the goal to relieve pain or improve range of motion. Preliminary research supports that dry needling improves pain control, reduces muscle tension, and normalizes dysfunctions of the motor end plates, the sites at which nerve impulses are transmitted to muscles.
Dr. Travis LeDoyt, PT, DPT is certified by the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and utilizes a 16-movement physical screening examination along with video swing analysis to determine what your individual physical limitations are and how they could be affecting your golf game. Whether you're plagued with pain or recurring injuries, or are looking to add distance to your game, a Golf Performance Evaluation is for you.
Feeling muscle soreness? Feeling some generalized tightness or stiffness? Sign up for a recovery session, which features a combination of dry needling with electrical stimulation, stretching, soft tissue mobilization, Hyperice treatment, and joint mobilization. We are excited to offer NormaTec Recovery, a state-of-the-art recovery technology.
