MY CAR IS 2 HOURS AWAY FROM ME.
I was out of town to meet with a recruiter for the military & the other reviews right! They hate people in the military. I signed up to fight for our freedom not be treated like garbage. I've called the shop a few times cus theyve had my car over the weekend & they haven't called to update once. I hope that their mechanic skills aren't as bad as their people//management skills.
40 yr old guy at the front desk with the haircut of a 16 yr old boy is overly cocky. he cares way too much about things that dont matter. like arguing about semantics

I had a flat tire and Shadden Tire Co. on 127S put a new tire on for me. They scratched the wheel in several places and they are the only people who have touched my wheels except my husband who is very picky about cleaning the brake dust off the wheels. He noticed the scratches when he was washing the wheels. This is not the first time we have had a problem with this company. I think they push their workers to work too fast causing damage to vehicles. They have never admitted anything that I have complained about which is why I feel it necessary to express how I feel about this company. Please

I would not recommend this auto repair shop, especially if you have a import car. Evidentially their mechanics are not properly trained to fix imports. Took my vehicle for brake service, six hours later no call to tell me the vehicle was done, after picking up vehicle the very next day brakes are clunking I could barely drive the speed limit on the highway. The manger "Wade" is not very veteran friendly, if you ask for a military discount he will fight you over it. Lived here for 13+ years but if your not a local yocal they will bump you down to the bottom of the waiting list. This is
