I have been trying to get help for a loved one for 5 years. I have called public and private rehab centers. I've even called LA County and federal services.
Nothing has worked.

I was at this facility roughly 2 years ago and had a bad experience. I came in desperate because I couldn't sleep and Ryan took advantage of my desperation. Right off the bat he charged me 4 times(!) as much as another resident and 30% more than another lady in the program. (And no, it was not that their insurance companies picked up the rest of the cost. This is what they were quoted. Fortunately I kept in touch with these residents and this is what they confirmed.) 1 Method changed my life and thoughts on recovery forever! The staff is amazing and very personable, I felt very comfortable and cared for. The facilities are outstanding and beautiful. My treatment plan was completing personalized to me and they went above and beyond getting me connected with other specialists if need be. I don't know how my family came to find 1Method, but I am very fortunate that they did. About 4 years ago, I agreed to go into treatment. This was not an easy decision to make, and one that I approached with a fair amount of cynicism. 1Method saved my life. I've been to 9 other treatment centers and none of them compare to 1Method. I currently have over 3 years sober. The staff, clinicians, and therapists are really great. Both Cassidy and Ryan were so kind to me.. trust me when I say I wasn't an easy client to deal with but they accepted me for where I was at. Out experience has been very disappointing and we are currently in a dispute to get our unused time paid back as our son will not return. As a parent we had high hopes that all of the promises on the website would be true but our son was disappointed with the lack of treatment, access to the gym, and quality of food. He was there over a week and didn't receive an mental health treatment and they bungled getting him a case manager and helping us set up soberlink. After a few weeks they said he failed a drug test which he adamantly denied this. The only option was to go to a higher level

Amazing experience !!! This program literally saved my life. Upon arrival I can only imagine how difficult I must have been to work with as a client (I was a total wreck) and the staff was always respectful and courteous. Through a daily regiment of 1 on 1 therapy sessions and extensive time spent working with my case manager I was put in a position that enabled me to do an immense amount of personal growth. The clinical team was constantly pushing me to challenge myself in order to reach the goals that I set forth for myself upon admission. Today I live a quality of life that I didn't know

My husband had a very disrespectful and Unprofessional experienced here, I think one of the worst rehab in LA.
He couldn't get the right treatment, especially for a psychiatrist which they said '3 counseling/week' '2 therapy/week', but he only had 1 therapy(20min) within 14days.
The staff, most staff were not professional who just opened their mouth how he's not doing good, needy person etc. He is a patient. If he says that he needs something, they should help him or make him to understand professionally. We don't need
