While Long Design Build was founded in 2016, its story goes back much farther. Keith Long of Long Design Build started drafting home plans when he was just thirteen years old, and over the years his passion for design has only continued to grow. In 1998, Keith attained his Associates of Architectural Design and Drafting degree from York Technical Institute and has continued to hone his skills and craft ever since.
Early in his career, Keith designed custom homes, commercial spaces, restaurants, and parks. Since 2001, Keith has been working on larger scale projects, including the Alabama Paper Products manufacturing plant. In terms of professional certifications, Keith is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist and is Certified for Lead Safety.
