Kevin and his team were at my condo for a great part of the day doing, as I put it, "a lot of little things" such as re-caulking granite counters, weatherstripping, replacing light fixtures, putting in door thresholds and more. Nothing big or hard, just a lengthy list of little handyman projects.
I found them to be extremely professional, personable, polite, on time and, most of all, excellent craftsman. It takes a lot to impress me - and I am pretty demanding when it comes to quality and they really did a top notch job. They were also very flexible as I signed the contract but asked

We've hired Elegant Homes for a few projects over the last three years, and will continue to do so. Paz is incredibly professional and friendly, makes himself easy to reach, and takes care to treat customers with respect and courtesy. He arrives when he says he will and really listens to what you need.
The team does excellent, thorough work and cleans up before they leave. We recently had our deck refurbished and they did their best to collect all scraps, nails, screws, and debris.

Worked with the company before for handy-man repairs and for a replacement of a front porch. Was very pleased with both. The construction was reasonably quick, about a month including some stoppages for weather. The final result was a big improvement in the front of the house. Paz was attentive to water problems that damaged our old porch, and took care of grading and routing water from the gutters to avoid future problems. They also installed a french drain and sump pump to resolve a water problem. They identified and repaired a termite/carpenter bee problem as well. Would definitely recommend

Paz and his crew are wonderful! My deck was a mess due to a prior builder using untreated wood. Since I previously used Elegant Homes to repair and dry wall my ceiling, I called Paz to remove the old deck and install a new one. When he came out he discovered a gas leak which required Wash Gas to shut off the gas for 2 days and replace the outdoor unit. If it hadn't been for Paz, I don't want to think about what might have happened. His crew was prompt and did an excellent job! I have a much nicer deck and with the composite material used, I won't have to worry about rotting boards
