We had Ibrahim at Anchor Floors install our upstairs floors 2-years ago and we were so pleased with how they turned out we had them come back to do our downstairs in November 2021. We got excellent guidance from Ibrahim picking the color and type of flooring, and head installer Tony and his crew do awesome work and the floors look amazing. The install crew was always on time, extremely accommodating and they do a great job cleaning up construction dust as construction progresses. My advice, don't go elsewhere.

Worst communication from a company ever. I was ready to sign a contract, had met with the owner twice and his right hand man once and all of the sudden no contact. I ask to at least let me know if he didn't want to do the job. Nothing, no reply, no phone call, no email. Would respond to my inquires. Wasted about 4 months waiting on them And trying to give the benefit of the doubt. Has my samples of my flooring and tile (I purchased) very disappointing. Was looking forward to working with this company. Gave them multiple chances to make it right. I would definitely avoid this company!!

We had our living area and hallways replaced with the wood-like tile from Anchor Floors and they did an amazing job! Mike was very helpful in getting us a quick estimate and getting the job scheduled as soon as possible even though some unfortunate events caused our initial install date to be moved back, it was still done very quickly and professionally. The installers were great and did a fantastic job with install and cleaning up afterwards. We will be going back for sure for any future jobs.

Redid our entire house with LVP. Got many quotes and Anchor was very competitive and through. Very large selection and Ibrahim let us take home multiple samples for a few days. He even went so far as to order a box of the flooring we were considering so we could get an even better feel for it. Also quoted some decorative stone for our fireplace wall and made suggestions for the hearth and mantle and even quoted their installation. Overall he made the whole process easier than expected. Then Ivan and his team did a great job of a huge demo and install and completed on time. Very impressed

Ibrahim Satti and his crew were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Ibrahim was patient and relentless in helping me find EXACTLY what I was looking for. His installers had an eye for laying my brick that made it look like a "piece of artwork" on the floor. Literally everyone who walks into my home has complimented me on my new floors. We used Anchor Floors to install wood look tile in our house and I’m so glad we did! I shopped around in July, comparing prices, tile options, reviews, etc. and decided to go with Anchor. John explained the differences in tile, helped me with tile selection, and brought samples to my home the next day so I could see them in my lighting. He measured the areas and gave me detailed quotes on tearing out existing tile and separate quotes for the bedroom, which we weren’t sure about yet. John gave me a very competitive price and we decided to go ahead with the bedroom, altogether about 1500 square

Anchor Floors was amazing! From the time I walked into the showroom "just to look" until I had a mop on my new floors they were amazing. My husband and I are in the business and could not have found a better crew or company to install our new floors throughout the entire house! John was kind, patient and knowledgeable. Ibrahim kept us informed and excited and made sure everything was flowing perfectly. The crew that did the work was very good at their job and worked around our work-from-home and virtual school situation without flinching. I am beyond pleased with everything!!!!!

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Anchor Floors. I was shopping for new flooring options and had onsite appointments with a couple of other installers. I was unimpressed with the other product offerings, their sales representatives were very uninformative, and their installation lead times were close to a month out. I needed it done quickly because this was a new investment rental property and I had a tenant lined up to move in 2 weeks later. I stopped by Anchor Floors and Ibrahim was very informative explaining all my options. Right then and there, I selected an option and

I was parked outside of this location for about 3 minutes collecting my thoughts as I was ABOUT to walk into their business for information about some flooring. Before I was able to walk in, an older man who appeared to be a manager, walked out on the phone, staring me down, threatening to tow my boyfriend and I if we didn't leave their reserved parking spot. Say NO MORE because we left and will never come back. Thanks for assuming we weren't paying customers because now WE AREN'T!
