Services
Nunnery Veterinary Hospital, Inc. opened in August of 2016 by Dr. Carrie Nunnery. We are a small animal veterinary hospital providing general medicine and surgery for Pike County and surrounding areas. Our staff is very knowledgeable in preventative care for both dogs and cats and is committed to keeping our patients happy and healthy.
Our surgery room is equipped with all new anesthetic monitoring equipment so that our patients have the best possible outcome during surgery. In-house bloodwork is also offered before any surgical procedure to help prevent any possible complications during surgery. For our critical patients, an ICU room is available for extra monitoring and to provide a comfortable, quiet area for their recovery.
We love for our patients to have a fun time while they are here visiting. We love to reward good behavior with treats but also we LOVE to take a lot of pictures. We may be just a little partial, but we are pretty sure that we have the cutest and most precious patients! So to show everyone else how adorable and sweet they are, pictures are always being published on our social media so that everyone else can enjoy them as much as we do!
The care of our patients and clients is very important to us so we do offer after hours emergency care. Since we are a one doctor practice, this service may not always be available. When our doctor is out of town or unavailable, please refer to one of our closest emergency clinics. Animal Emergency and Referral Center in Flowood, E-Vets in Hattiesburg, and MedVet in Mandeville are available after hours for any emergency that may occur.
