Okuno Te Kai (OTK) Martial Arts, a Reinheimer System has been offering instruction and training in Karate & Ju-Jitsu since 1980. OTK Martial Arts has produced champions in life as well as in the martial arts. Headed by (Professor) Richard A. Reinheimer (Kaicho) (9th Dan) (Grand Master) and Rod Acosta (Renshi) (6th Dan), OTK Martial Arts offers a number of programs for physical fitness and instruction in internal and external Martial Science.

Services
Karate is based on strikes, punches and kicks. These techniques rely on speed and power. Forms are done in a pattern to learn instinctively; balance, body alignment, polarity, sounds, breathing, angles and directions. The Japanese style Jujitsu taught at OTK Martial Arts is based on redirecting the attacker's energy.
