I have been attending Circle of One Martial Arts for seven months as a participant in the cardio kickboxing class, and I have lost over 25 pounds! The true accomplishemnt, however, is what I have gained. I am so much more focused, mentally and physically. I am stronger than ever!

At Circle of One Martial Arts and Fitness we incorporate both traditional and modern elements of martial arts and karate in every class we teach. The foundations of our techniques are derived from the Chinese Goju karate system which is a complete fighting style that combines the best elements of Chinese and Japanese martial arts.
You have heard of Crossfit, but have you heard of CrossKick? Fitness Kickboxing meets Cross Training. It is an interval style workout that will increase strength, flexibiltiy, agility and endurance. At Circle of One Martial Arts and Fitness we combine boxing, kickboxing, strength training and H.I.T.T. training to get you to be in the best shape you can be!
The well-rounded teachings of martial arts can positively impact kids by enhancing their life-skills and placing emphasis on their values and attitudes. At Circle of One Marital Arts and Fitness in Bay Shore, NY our Warrior classes are structured for children ages 7 to teen. Our classes teach MMA, martial arts and self defense techniques that build strength, endurance, flexibility, posture, balance and coordination.

Benny and J.J. are amazing at what they do. I have lost 55 pounds and have been able to keep it off because I work out with them. They are both extremely knowledgeable in their field and know exactly what I need for my plan. I would recommend them to everyone who wants to be fit and happy!
