The opener of our garage door has been having an issue for many days. We were having a great of trouble whenever we parked our car. 497.94 to replace torsion springs on a double garage door (non-insulated) in Fort Collins "seems" excessive. I read a reviewer of the same company that was charged $180.00 for torsion springs in 2019.....Price increase of $317 in 2 years????? Covid-19 or not that just seems ridiculous. ☹️
My daughter met the technician (I happened to be out of state at the time). I can't help but wonder if I had been there to personally oversee the project the price may have been more in line. Can't say for certain but I wonder. I feel "taken to the cleaners".
