My children and I are away for the holiday weekend and one of our tires continued to lose pressure eventually leading to a flat tire. We live about two hours away. I was not expecting an auto repair shop to be open on a Sunday, let alone take us in on such short notice. I am eternally grateful for them having weekend hours and for making sure we get home safely.

Finally, a car repair shop that I can trust! I was quoted $1000 to fix my car by another shop but Rehoboth Auto figured out the other shop misdiagnosed the issue completely. Rehoboth Auto was able to get it fixed for me in just a few hours, and I requested an oil change and tire rotation that they did as well, all for only $180!! The woman working in the office was really nice as well. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Somehow 5 stars does not seem sufficient. Vacationers with car issues. Car was towed to their shop on Monday morning and repaired the same day. They were very busy and somehow managed to accommodate us. As so many others have said, they are honest and trustworthy. Their customer service was top notch.

Excellent service, friendly staff, experienced techinicans, they are honest with the job they do on your car, and they keep the installations super clean. The overall experience was just fantastic. Honestly a little bit disappointed overall. I brought my car in for a general bumper-to-bumper inspection and specifically to have an idling issue fixed not only did they not fix the idle I ended up leaving with about $2300 worth of repairs a big old scratch on my door, and they never fixed the idle issue that I asked them to check on in the first place. So generally speaking wouldn't recommend.
EDIT: I'm updating my review because I got a call from the manager specifically about my review. It's good to hear they are keeping an eye on client feed back. I will say the work they did

Honest and knowledgeable service. Chuck was great. My vehicle AC is not blowing cold air and a rear tire keeps losing air. They assessed the vehicle and did not charge me for the Assessment because their honest feedback led me to decide to wait for the repair. Trustworthy and knowledgeable service. If I have any car troubles in DE I’m going back to them.

GREAT PEOPLE!! We are from PA and our van decided to have a problem on our way home. Stopped at Rehoboth Auto Repair in the hopes they may help... First, everyone there is so kind and wonderful! My van challenge was not their emergency, and they were busy to say the least! It helped that my van challenge was an "easy fix" but it was still a time consumer for the staff, and I didn't have an appointment. The staff saw I was in distress and decided to help me! I visited Rehoboth from out of town, we live in Pennsylvania. Well I ended up getting a screw in my tire and was afraid to attempt to plug it myself and didn’t feel comfortable trying to drive home with it in the tire so I took it to these guys. Only cost me $20 but they were super nice and had me in and out pretty quickly. I would definitely come Back if ever needed. Had me back on the road within the hour. So thank you !

Very clean and they follow social distancing and require everyone to wear a mask. They were friendly and honest. I came from out of town and had my check engine light go on. They were able to squeeze me in and get me results in a timely manner. It was the owner who spoke with me and he is very honest and upfront. I appreciate his help and explanation of what was wrong with my car. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone in Rehoboth.

I have come here three times over the course of this summer for a variety of repairs. The office staff is always very friendly and helpful and works hard to ensure that my needs are met on a timely basis. The crew in the garage is meticulous and thorough. They obviously know what they are doing and always go the extra mile. I stopped in this afternoon without an appointment and toward the end of the day to ask about setting up an appointment to fix a Sideview mirror that had come loose from the passenger door. Instead of booking an appointment, they came out into the parking lot and fixed the problem

I hate being lied to. I made a service appointment in advance. I got assurances from the office that the car would be done in one business week. Due to the age of the car, I even provided the needed part. This is not the first time that I was promised the car would be completed in a period of time, only for there to be excuse after excuse for weeks… on end. I was heading out this morning for my early coffee run and noticed a screw in my tire. I called and spoke to Mike right before 8am. He told me to bring my car in right away and he would take care of it. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Mike and the office staff. Within 15 minutes, I was on the road again!
