Ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines, they came a week earlier than intended, called and talked to Kim they acknowledged their mistake and told me they would send more flowers the following week. Today in icy sub freezing temperatures my wife received an over the top bouquet of flowers. Who does that these days? Acknowledges a mistake then goes out of their way to make it right THANKS KIM.

Kim was really amazing I was in a bind and being a man and being totally unprepared needed to get some flowers ASAP.. not only did she stay late to get an arrangement done for me. It also came out amazing! I will definitely be back I love small businesses that are actually amazing sweet kind and caring people I'll always bring my business here. They can improve by using common sense. I ordered flowers and a balloon either It's a boy or congratulations to go with the flowers and they sent a "Way to Go: balloon. Very tactful for a woman that had just pushed for 3 hours then had to have a c-section. Would not recommend this place to use over the phone. Unless you can actually see your order. Very upset with this place.
