One of the guys that help me his name was Nathaniel he was a very nice gentleman and he was looking out for the best interests in what I needed. Today I went into Bugs and was helped by Kevin. He immediately fixed the problem I had with a rear-end collision and was able to do it in minutes.

Easy and efficient, brought our car in with front end damage, they dealt with our insurance. Repairs were done in a week and there was additional damage that they also submitted to the insurance for us. The best and easiest dealings with car repair shops I think I've ever had. Friendly staff, hope I don't need such services again but if I did would definitely come back to Bugs again.

Brought my new car here because they did body work on my last car, the man that helped me was rude and acted like he didn’t even want to touch my car. Someone hit my car and took the front bumper off. He quoted my insurance over 7k to fix it so they s wanted to salvage it. I found another reputable shop in the area with 4.5 star review, took the same quote to them and they are fixing my car now for 2,400. I don’t know what happened this time with Bugs but I will not be back, nor sending anyone your way.

This shop fixed the whole front end of my car... Had my car looking like i never got into a accident.. I would definitely recommend going here first before you go too any other shop to get your collision repairs done.. the guy at the front desk is super friendly and there customer service is definitely the best

I had a small scratch on my new truck, went to one of those auto stores and was instructed on how to use this metallic scratch removal kit...needless to say, it didn't work. It actually made the small scratch show up more. I decided to just find a body shop to ask for some advice.

We had a great experience at Bugs. All the staff that I interacted with were respectful and friendly. The work was done well and quickly. They were good communicators regarding the insurance process and accurately estimated the amount of time the work would take. The staff dealt with insurance when a post market part was not going to adequately do the job. They have a high standard for quality and a clean front office. I would definitely recommend Bugs.

If your car needs work done, look no further! The moment I spoke to Nathaniel over the phone I knew I had to bring my car in with these guys! The service was beyond excellence. The had us sat in the lobby with them and we talked for a while before even talking business. I immediately felt like I was among friends. Both Kevin and Nathaniel were absolutely patient and kind given that we pestered them at least 3 times a week. They were so fast, efficient and professional. They took an extra day because Nathaniel wasn't completely happy with how the job was done so he had the car undone completely

I just got my car worked on here and I am absolutely impressed with how they run there business and the great customer satisfaction they have! Jennifer and Nathaniel are wonderful people. Just wanted to thank Nathaniel and the BUGS team for helping me install my spoiler! I do a lot of my own work on my car...but putting on my STi spoiler required some professional work. Called BUGS about my inquiry and came by the shop to show them what they would be working with. The next morning I came back and they got the job done within a few hours. Will go to again for future body work and appreciate all their help. Thanks!

I was in a minor car accident on the freeway at 345 pm. I believe it was Cal-trans, state or whomever helped tow my car free of charge to the nearest available spot. Kmart off Mariposa in Stockton, ca. Living in Manteca I didn't know if I should tow my car home or call an Autobody shop. I called Bugs. Talked to Nathan, asked him if I could have my insurance take my car right over but he was closing 20 mins. Not enough time. Free of charge he had my car towed to after hrs lot and had it taken to his shop next day. Took all the pressure off me and next I day I could get to claims and rental

I was referred to Bugs Collision & Restoration by a friend of mine and they did not disappoint. I wanted the engine bay painted in my 1971 Datsun 510. The trick was it had to match my car's 1971 factory paint code. Not only did they match the paint perfectly, they went the extra mile and painted some of my other parts with the extra paint!
That's a great deal and great service!
While I hopefully don't have any major body work done in the future, I expect to be a return customer. :)
