We started with humble roots in a rural garage in the Central Valley. Greg never forgets where he came from; when it rains, he is reminded of when his old shop would flood every year. After years of hard work, Greg was able to work up to a beautiful facility in Tracy, California. California Autobody's commitment to top quality service is well known.
Body repairs begin. It is not uncommon to identify more damage during the repair process that may require additional parts and labor which were not included in the original estimate. If any further damage is detected, we will call you with an updated delivery date. Quality control process. A thorough inspection of all repairs will be completed, and your vehicle washed and scheduled for delivery.

If you care about your car, this is where you want it repaired after an incident.
Our 2019 Honda Accord was hit by an unscrupulous POS in the parking lot at Tracy Kaiser. The front of our car was pretty much ripped off to the tune of $4000 damage.
Honda parts are hard to get during this pandemic but CA Auto Body managed to get the parts quick and repair our car back to its original beauty faster than expected.
Over the years we've had our share of mishaps and we've been taken care of every time with the highest level of professional and friendly service.

I would absolutely recommend this shop for your car repair needs. I worked with Greg and Daniel and both of them were absolutely wonderful. AAA recommended this shop for their high quality work and their positive internal reviews.
When I first got there, I was greeted by both Daniel and Greg who were quick to communicate that I was next in line. They took notes on what needed to be done and told me I'd be receiving an email with a preliminary estimate for my review shortly.

Hi Everyone, Please stay away from this Body shop. The owner is very Rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment with this shop last week which I scheduled they did not even bother to call me and schedule it and once I got their my lock lug nut key was missing and they refused to open it and I had to take my car to the dealership to open those nuts and they cancelled my appointment and gave me a another appointment week later and the day of my appointment he called me again and cancelled it . The owner was so rude on the phone and unprofessional and told me to take my car some where else. He

I can't say enough positive things about this place. I hate to admit that I've been to a few auto body shops in my days, but this one by far has been the best experience yet. Thank you Greg and Daniel for your professionalism and kindness. You turned this stressful time into a stress free process. Greg and Daniel clearly take pride in their work and the quality shows. Hit some road debris and messed up the quarter panel/bumper/head light. AAA sent us over to them and they nailed it! Front end looks like it came off the showroom floor. Highly recommend!

What a breath of fresh air! It has been a long time since I have dealt with such a professional business. The owner Greg’s first concern was my wife’s well-being after her accident. I was recommended by AAA to come here and was met with nothing but excellent service! Greg and Daniel are very professional! They were transparent about the parts taking a while to arrive due to the pandemic and scheduled me to come in for a repair after letting me know the parts had come in. I had also missed my first appointment to bring the car in for repair and they were super accommodating by rescheduling me. Communication was very clear - they kept me updated on the status of the car and even washed it! I would highly recommend going here if your car is in need of a repair.

I have been coming to Greg at California Auto Body for over 5 years. I first came when my black Honda got rear ended. When his shop was done with it, it looked good as new. In the last month I had to come back to him with my newer Honda. I ran over tire thread on the freeway and it messed up my front bumper and the maintenance lights were flashing on/off. The car was towed to him on a Thursday afternoon and he said it would be done by the following Wednesday. He's a man of his word. It was done but there was one cosmetic part that was on back order. He said it would be in the following week

Took my moms car here for repair and we couldn't been happier with the results! Greg was extremely helpful, open and honest. Someone had hit me a few weeks ago. I did some research for the best shop in Tracy and came across California Auto Body. They seem to really have it down. I appreciate the constant updates via email as my repairs progressed. I was a bit worried at first because it's hard to trust a company that I've never used before, but I'm glad I went with CA Auto Body. Greg, Baron & Daniel really made me feel like my car was in the best hands. I'll definitely be coming back for any future services that I may need. Thanks guys!

Great service friendly staff. From the estimate to pick up, everyone was great. Annette the manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. The owner Greg is very hands on and talks to all of the customers. They are a very honest and hard working team. Based on the reviews I'd seen I decided to go with them. Best decision I could've made!
I was rear-ended... got my car in super quick, met Greg and Annette who walked me thru the process. After assessing and taking pix of my car, they put up an illustration of my vehicle and thoroughly explained the damage, cost, labor and time it would take.
My car was ready at the estimated time, and I was kept informed of the happenings via text and email.

Annette and her team are amazingly professional as well as fair on price!
My wife's BMW 540i had an altercation with something in the road which damaged much of the plastic engine covers underneath the front end.
After some research I found on Yelp, California Auto body with excellent reviews so I made an appt with a very kind person named Annette.
After arriving and adhering to Covid 19 protocols, Annette looked under the car and found some possible other items and referred me to a local mechanic to ensure nothing mechanical was damaged. I really appreciated that and I took her advice

* Expediency and Follow-up: my car was ready 3 days earlier than anticipated (for a total of 4 days work: dropped off Monday and was complete Friday morning). Received a text in addition to Annette calling and leaving a voicemail to ensure I had it for the weekend

Super happy AAA recommended these guys. Both the owner and Annette in the front office are super friendly. They did a great job of inspecting not just the damage but the entire vehicle when i brought it in for repair, documenting and pointing out any points of interest. During the repair process I received proactive texts informing of progress made. Not only was the repair done perfectly, it was even a completed a full day earlier than expected. Can't recommend highly enough!
