We are proud to serve our clients in North Louisiana for any and all of their real estate needs. We are also very proud to say that we love giving back to our community, and have committed to donating 25% of our profits to local non-profits (and qualifying schools). Our clients are the root cause of these donations, so we've decided to have our current and past clients vote to decide what organizations get the funds!
We recommend a competitive commission rate, usually around 3% (often less for higher priced homes). If the buyer uses a buyer's agent we charge an additional $500.00 as a seller's agent commision, as we will be handling paperwork and contracts. At the very most you will pay 3% buyer's agent commission plus $999.00 ($499 flat fee plus $500) listing commission!
Part of our business model is to give back to the local community. We have committed to donating 25% of our net profits to local non-profit organizations that are chosen by our clients. Once an organization has been nominated by a client they will receive a donation from us periodically, forever!

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you give us the opportunity to manage your rental property and aren't totally satisfied within the first 90 days, just let us know and we will terminate the agreement and refund any management fees that you've paid during that time. We pride ourselves in being the best full service property management company in NW Louisiana. However sometimes investors may not need the full spectrum of our services, so we're happy to provide them on an A La Carte basis to help you where you will benefit the most. Benefit: Everyone who isn't a full time real estate investor WILL benefit from this service.
