BE CAREFUL! I purchased a VA foreclosure with these folks. The property was described as "move in ready". It was trashed (i.e carpet ripped out, no fridge etc.) This was not reflected in the written description of the property. I suspect they were too busy to describe the property properly. Was it priced as move in ready too? I have purchased several properties and am comfortable doing so without using a (buyers) realtor. I asked them for a discount because of this but was informed that they had to collect a SIX percent commission because they could not change the number in the computer. I gave
