Accelerated Home Health Care, LLC specializes in providing "Compassionate and Quality" home health care to patients who need continued care after hospital discharge, surgery, rehabilitation, or for those seeking on-going daily nursing and therapy services. We are a locally owned and operated home health agency.
Accelerated Home Health Care, LLC offers a wide variety of home medical and support care services to meet the unique needs of each individual patient. All of our programs are coordinated by highly trained, experienced and licensed home care nurses whose focus is providing the most appropriate, professional and compassionate care for our patients in a home care setting.
Administration on Aging (AoA): This federal agency is responsible for advancing the concerns and interests of older individuals and their caregivers. Alzheimer's Association: National voluntary health organization committed to finding a cure for Alzheimer's and helping those affected by the disease.
The cost of service varies on a case-by-case basis. Please call our office and our team will be happy to discuss the cost of our services and your payment options. All nurses and therapists who visit your home go through a rigorous interview and screening process, as well as a background checks and license verification.

Mandy has been seeing my Mom for approximately 6 months. She has helped my Mom so much and always goes the extra mile for her. She really listens to what my Mom has to say. If she has any pain she talks to the doctor and gets the problem addressed right away. I live out of state and Mandy informs me of how her visits went and really puts my mind at ease.

In my dealings with Accelerated and I have met some wonderful nurses customer service representatives that deserve recognition Miss Courtney my Home Health Nurse Was absolutely fabulous and Miss Emily has been a joy so far since she’s taking my case over and I would like to give another thank you to Miss Oli. This Health agency saved my life. My journey with Accelerate Home Health Care began after being released from the hospital. I thank Spring Valley Hospital for referring me to Accelerate. At the time I weighed 87lbs. and dieing. They cared about me and are assisting me with the fight of my life. I am blessed to have them as apart of my life.
