Florida attorney Aaron J. Tracy founded Tracy Law, P.A., striving to provide quality legal services that are cost effective and practical to clients' needs. Tracy, Esq., LL.M., Graduated from the University of South Florida in 1996 with a B.A. in accounting. After working for several years within the accounting field Aaron attended law school at Thomas M. Cooley Law School, in Lansing Michigan, graduating cum laude with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) in 2003.

A deceased person's estate is administered through the court which resolves claims against the estate and distributes the deceased person's property through the intestate laws (having no will) or as set forth in a valid will authenticated by the court. Tracy Law assists with the necessary legal representation to appoint an executor of the estate and to settle all claims made against the estate.
Working closely with the client's business needs, Tracy Law's business legal services include, but are not limited to, the formation of legal entities, the drafting and negotiating of a variety of legal documents, including, partnership, shareholder, operating, employment and buy-sell agreements.

After my mom passed away her husband sold her home. He told my sister 1/2 of the sale would be divided amongst her children. However I got $7000 less than my sibling. A decision fueled by our mutual loathing of each other. I didn't kno my legal rights concerning this. I found Mr. Tracey when I googled estate lawyers. Altho he didnt take my case he spent a good 30 mins on phone explaining my legal position in this matter & explained if I did obtain a lawyer it would be costly & most likely take up to several yrs. I would've spent all day on phone looking for attorneys w/ the impression
