Services
Partner Kyle Stalnaker graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2006 and received his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in December of 2010. Since joining the firm in 2012, Kyle has evidenced that he is not an office lawyer, he aggressively handles his cases in court from beginning to end.
T.R. is a graduate of Florida State University College of Business, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in May of 2009. He stayed-on at Florida State and earned his law degree in May of 2012, being admitted to practice in 2013. T.R. is an accomplished transactional attorney. He regularly performs residential and commercial real estate closings.
Jorge is one of our younger litigators. He has already gotten into the courtroom and is off and running. In-line with the firm's litigators, Jorge has attained judgments and is already defending an appeal as to one of those judgments he procured for our client. Jorge attended Brevard Community College, now known as Eastern Florida State College.
Jose is a 17 year lawyer who practices primarily in the areas of family law and civil litigation. Jose has successfully tried cases, as the lead attorney, concerning alimony, business evaluations, equitable distribution and child time-sharing matters. His civil litigation practice has also encompassed personal injury cases and commercial/residential real estate disputes.
Cory is a Bradenton native, graduating from Southeast High School in 2007. Following High School, Cory received his Bachelor of Arts from The Florida State University (he's the 3rd Seminole here at the firm), where he focused on English Literature and Philosophy. Cory then attended Penn State Law in University Park, PA, where he received his law degree.

I recently enlisted the help of “General Contractor” to perform a bathroom/garage conversion on my home. After a month of the contractor stating that he was “waiting on the permitting from the county,” I decided to do research on my own. I then found out that the permitting paperwork was never submitted, and the “contractor” was not licensed, to which he never disclosed this information to me. After requesting for termination of our contract, that was signed almost 2 months prior, I was met with resistance, anger, and threats of legal action.
