I would give this Motel ZERO STARS!!!! If I could. Horrible experience from the First moment of Check-in. After our experience, we checked the REVIEWS ON YELP, and we are not surprised. WE Do Not Recommend Staying here. Why????

#1) Major ATTITUDE from Office Manager Raj and Property Owner. At Check-in, we were told we could have late checkout which is 11:15am. Cool.


We entered the room, and as the PAYING CUSTOMERS we made a Room Request for an Item being Replaced, because it smelled of MOLD. They came up to the room, and vehemently denied our senses, and bickered amongst themselves in their

The toilet wouldn't flush and when we asked to speak to the manager we were given excuses. Had to go to another place just to use the toilet. They didn't even come to look at it or even attempt to fix it.

Very clean, easy check in and out, had fridge and microwave and price was affordable for the area. Impressed with how clean and roomy the shower was. Definitely would stay again.

I stay during one night in transit with my girlfriend in L.A and travel during one month around US. It was the baddest decision of our holidays. A old little man with glasses told us that if we wanted a smoking room or not. We don't accept because we don't like and don't smoke inside rooms due to smells of cigarette, so the man ask us 40$ in cash for deposit whereas we paid the room with credit card. Next day, i forgot to ask my money back so i went to the office to take back my money and he said that we smoke inside the room so he cannot give back our money, SO SHAMEFUL, this man hasn't any honesty

Room looks nice but there was mold on the walls and curtains and they charge 25¢ to use the ice dispenser. Also, finding a parking spot is not easy.

--EVERYONE PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK--Terrible experience. The owner "Ken" does NOT know how to run a business. I cannot believe he is still in business. We had a reservation booked through them and by the time we got in, from another state mind you. He cancelled or reservation because he was confused about a completely different reservation. No call to let us know or ask something if he was confused. This left us in the middle of the night with no where to stay because everywhere was already booked. Eff you Ken, I hope your business goes down. You do not deserve to be in any industry that deals

I've stayed here many times while in Culver City. It is much improved over the time it was Half Moon Motel. Management knows me by name and have been very accommodating. Motel is clean and competitively priced mid range motel. I would recommend

A++ inexpensive, clean, covid conscious, safe, located near trendy and upscale area

affordable hotels deserve 5 star reviews if their rooms are clean, their promises fulfilled, and their customer service lacking nothing. There is a fridge, a microwave, the room's got great "Feng Shui". I feel safe on the second floor.

Plus the area just gets cuter and cuter! Fancy and trendy vegan restaurant with a full bar exactly a block away within a likewise new and upscale plaza.

I stay at the Galaxy Inn every time I get over to the LOS Angeles area. The location is great, and I feel safe there. It's very clean and the people there are extremely friendly.

Got lucky on this little place. Only 5 miles from Venice. Reserved room minutes from needing via Travelocity. It's clean, (well maybe not the carpet...) but the price is right. & didn't have to pay extra for parking like everywhere else I checked. Parking is limited but we scored a spot right outside our room. Hot shower, comfortable bed, micro, fridge, cable & WiFi. All we needed for a tad over $100. Only complaint is the bathroom light/fan are connected and fan is LOUD. Staff were super nice.

It was a generally unpleasant experience since the day i arrived. i was being relocated by my management company because my apt unit needed repairs. as i approached the counter, and informed the desk, they gave me a cold reception and a look of bewilderment. I do believe that a bias exists at this establishment.

i got checked in that night, the following morning i got a loud bang at my door, it was an employee booting me out for check-out with no explanation. i explained my stay was paid for several days, i had to coerce him to check it out, he came back after realizing his mistake and did not

Don't stay here. Worst place I've ever stayed. The carpets are dirty I don't feel safe walking even in my socks. There were what looked like dog hairs on the sheets and the staff was just not welcoming in any way shape or form. Today (sunday morning) we woke up to construction and drilling on the building that the staff said nothing about. At least warn your guests. Then on our app the check out time clearly stated 2 pm. We got a call from the office saying that we needed to leave bc it's check out time and when we told him that's not what the app said he said "no

We stayed at the Galaxy Inn, but I believe this is the same place. You get what you pay for and this place wasn't horrible. Clean towels, toilet paper, clean bedding, and easy room access. The parking is very limited though. Lots of stuff walking distance and driving distance from the happening spots in Los Angeles!

Doesn't even deserve a star. If I was it would be to there maid service. The owners here are RUDE, and DISRESPECTFUL and don't deserve this property. After a slight misunderstanding they put me and my wife's clothes in a storage before we returned from our day! The owner put his fingers in my wife's face as he voiced his RUDE opinions. When we finally left and relocated far from this place, I realized a third of my property was missing. Nothing I could do from there so I'm leaving this.. HORRIBLE OWNERS!

Friendly service, very clean rooms and affordable. The management was very kind and worked with me on my erratic schedule which changed a few times. It was nice to have a hassle free experience in l.a. so i could enjoy my time here.

DO NOT GIVE THIS OWNER YOUR BUSINESS! My mom is in critical condition at a local hospital and I needed a room for tonight. I cannot nor will not leave her side, so I decided to call hotel to guarantee a room over the phone. The owner refused and said I needed to go in person to pay. I explained the situation and still he said no. My emotions are raw right now and I finally asked him if he had a heart. His reply in broken English was, "IN BUSINESS THERE IS NO HEART!" I will never stay at this establishment and now after reading the reviews, it's a blessing in disguise.

Where do I begin?...

I was checked into this location with my debit card, although I was not present to hand over payment info...regardless, my card was charged and I was checked into a room...when I say "I was checked into a room" I really mean, whomever had my card upon ordering a room was checked into the room purchased with my card. Identity theft??...the manager at the front desk did not check customer photo I.D. With my debit card.

It's a cheap motel @ $45/night (before tax) you get what you pay for, bed, dirty carpet, moldy shower & poor hospitality. But it's a bed & shower @ an affordable place. This is not a place for "high-class" business travelers. It's a place to sleep for people that can scrape up enough money to sleep in a bed once or twice a month. Period. I've been here maybe 3 nights total. Used to come by frequently for the .50 ice, but more often than not the machine is broken & just eats your money.

It's a basic, reasonably priced place to stay that isn't far from LAX. You should get plenty of rest as long as your room isn't near some lady who feels compelled to share her misgivings regarding law enforcement and the government in general to her friend via cell phone along with the rest of the motel guests at 3am. Management was helpful-ish, but I still missed my original flight because of her. But anyway, I'm not bitter...not anymore anyway. :|
