It was fine, the bathroom smelled really really weird though and we, just coming back from a BTS concert, and it taking two hours to get out of the parking lot of the stadium, just wanted to go to bed. But instead, it took them half a hour to check us in, and there was a twenty dollar overnight parking fee. Overall not a great experience.

Slow WiFi, which is so bare minimum. Rooms are weird and don’t look nearly as good as pics. Weird smell in my room, fridge didn’t work, road noise was bad and the bathroom fan didn’t turn off. Mad at myself for booking this place instead of alternatives.

It was okay the pictures are definitely not what this place looks like as it is a bit rundown. It looks like they're trying to update but not yet. Our room was not what it said on the internet the couch was not a pull-out. The worst part is the manager knew that this was going to be our complaint and he said he has told the owner many times to fix it and the owner just doesn't care. Manager said he has had this complaint many times before. Additionally a room had three light bulbs that were out but it just wasn't worth the hassle to have them change it as we were only there for two nights. Ugh

The stay was great. We stayed about a week, had a quick check-in and check out. The room was really nice and clean. Great water pressure, fairly quiet area, directly across the street from a Ralph’s. The location is ideal, around 20 mins from LAX, close enough to the bus that took us to Santa Monica and a short walk to Westfield mall which is really nice. Overall it was great and I would stay again.

The area the hotel is located is not ideal, it is “rundown” there were parties going on all night to about 2 am, couldn’t sleep. Not kid friendly at all! No pool, no breakfast as advertised. Front desk staff unapologetic for no breakfast and loud noise. Mandatory valet parking charge $22. Charged $300 holding fee, staff said due to people trashing hotel due to parties. This hotel seems to cater to party people, may be ok place if that’s what your looking for. The couch was disgusting full of cat or dog hair and room wasn’t cleaned good. Besides the parties, the traffic was extremely loud

Okay so I know what you’re thinking. The hotel looks strange. The prices are good but you will give a little for those prices. Overall it’s an easy stay with good customer service. The building has great rooms. Spend a little more for the loft room with spiral staircase like my friends did and you won’t regret. The AC was questionable but stayed no hotter than 74. Overall the location is good enough along with the rate for me to let anything else slide. The rooms also are up to date and have great black out curtains. Located in century city means there is a giant mall 2 mins away, 15 min

Ummm.... hello gorgeous! How fun is this place! You know that old saying don't judge a book by its cover? That might apply here. The rooms are just stunning and comfortable and well appointed. Many trips to LA and we typically move around, but we'll be back here.

Don't go there. We checked in on July 4th and the price was doubled when you check in one day later. I understand the price depends on the market and that is fine. The wall is as thin as PAPER. You can hear EVERY car drive by throughout the night.

The hotel was great! Clean and trendy! Also a supermarket right across the street! Also, 10mins away from the beach and 5mins from Beverly Hills! 10mins from Hollywood! Just in a perfect area to be close to everything!

I stay in a lot of hotels, but this one stands out. There is a pretty big problem with it, but luckily that problem can be solved for about $1 by buying some ear plugs (half of the rooms are directly next to a large, busy street.) Other than than, I thought Century Park was a great hotel. Awesome staff, cheap parking for the location, good tech in the rooms, even has nicer toiletries and towels than 90% of similarly priced hotels. Would 100% stay again and will likely be my next go-to hotel.

Friendly staff and clean, fun rooms. But I would not stay here again mostly for two reasons: (1) there is constant traffic and the rooms are not quiet (as others have noted) and (2) there are no restaurants anywhere within walking distance. You must valet your car for about $40 a day (or find street parking) and having to go to the valet every time you want to get food or go somewhere is a bit of a pain.

Also, the hotel is showing its years, as there is chipped paint in many places, and some water stains.

The hotel was non-responsive to my noise complaint when I notified them that the occupants in 402 were loud and playing music at 3am. I waited approximately 30 minutes before I couldn't take it anymore and then left the hotel in the early morning hours. I'm very dissatisfied that the management cared more about the unruly people in 402 then a quiet occupant in 417. If you like lots of noise in your adjacent room, this is the place for you. If you're like me and appreciate a peaceful night, then you may wish to stay elsewhere.

I'll update this review if and when I get the refund back of the ridiculous "incidentals" charge of $50 that was charged on my credit card fourteen (14) days ago, on January 19, 2021. I've written them three times to inquire. The first two times the response was in essence, "Don't worry, you'll get it soon." The third was ignored. I'm still waiting. If it weren't for the "incidentals" fiasco, I rather liked the hotel. Good value, great location, Ralph's across the street, clean.

Do NOT stay here. The service is non existent. You will not receive information needed, no one can give feedback it is a complete mess.

I arrived on Thursday for my five night stay. By the second day I noticed my room wasnt cleaned and the towels weren't switched. I asked for new towels each day which I received. Everyday I had to call and ask for new towels. Last night I asked why my room had not been cleaned. I was told the policy for Covid forbids cleaning. I inquired what was needed so the room could be cleaned and the gentleman shared I may have to switch rooms but he wasn't sure

I'm writing on here because the GM didn't seem to fully comprehend the gravity of my situation on TripAdvisor. The bathroom was clean; it ended up being very bloodied from my fall due to the dangerous conditions in the bathroom. The anti slip area of the tub was worn. Tina or whoever reads this, I will not stay here ever unless you make it safe.

Also it's ridiculous that the GM wants me to stay there again given what just happened. Absolutely nothing to ameliorate the situation mentioned. Here is what I wrote on trip advisor:

Checking in, the front desk staff couldn't find

The park lot was small and and entrance isn't the most inviting BUT the 4th floor room we stayed in was really amazing with cools views of the city. All employees were extremely hospitable. Would definitely recommend staying here again.

Front desk people are so nice and professional! The rooms are very nice for the price and the location is perfect. The breakfast they have every morning was surprising because it wasn't crappy hotel food. It was a very nice touch. Also parking seems like it will be a hassle but it was pretty easy to find a spot at any time of the day. When we come back in town we will definitely be staying again. Thanks so much!!

Our room which is on the 2nd floor is smelly, old & small with old carpeting. No smoking room but the room smells like cigarette. (smh!) Restroom exhaust is not working, looks like Jacuzzi after. (smh!) Breakfast nook is too small, has only 6 tables with at least 2 chairs on it. Parking with a valet is not free and not included in your reservation and last but not the least, the WiFi is sooo slow. Very disappointing reservation for me. But I won't stop you from choosing this place. Our experience is enough for our first and last stay here. There's a saying: "You get what you

I had a great experience. I was in LA solo for some Saturday night events. I flew in on sat and flew out on sun. My last two events were in west LA and WeHo; this hotel was right in between. I just needed a safe, clean place to sleep. This place fit the bill perfectly.

It was half the price of courtyard Marriott next door. My room was small but it wasn't too small. It had cable, flat panel tv that worked very well, a microwave, a mini fridge which I didn't need, a comfy, clean, queen bed with four pillows of varying softness so I could sleep well. Bathroom was clean and big enough for

Plain words to describe the GM of this property, Sohaib- utterly unprofessional and unethical.

I have been a consultant over the last 4 years and require to travel Mon - Thu every week for work. I have stayed at atleast 30 different properties and hold a Platinum status at Marriott/SPG. Needless to say, this is the most horrendous experience I have had staying at a hotel so far. Because of unavailability of rooms in the vicinity at other properties, I was forced to book this hotel for ~35 days in the months of Jan-Mar.

The front desk staff and the general manager, Sohaib are a bunch of cheats
