Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Moved out and 2 months later my deposit still hasn't been returned to me. Contacted me after a month and a half about giving it back and 2 weeks later, nothing. Nobody there knows how to do anything besides their 1 specific job. Very unprofessional.

I am not sure how a real estate company could be so unorganized. Called to schedule a tour for an apartment and saw it two days later. The woman who showed us the apartment told us to fill out an application (costs $20), so I did that. The next day, I call to check up on things and I was told the owner had already chosen someone the week prior to me seeing it. How does that happen? Naturally, I try to get the application fee refunded and haven’t heard back. Thanks Todd and Michelle and taking $20 out of my wallet - complete SCAMMERS !!!!!!

I moved in right before covid-19 and it has been a blessing. The staff is always responsive and professional. If they're not available immediately (which is understandable considering the results of covid-19) they're in contact with me within 24-48 hours. The apartment is bright, clean and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. I would love to reside here for many years. It's amazing how quickly maintenance requests are responded to and completed, again within 24-48 hours and all staff are extremely professional and polite. I have lived at a condo for 4 yrs where Michele Locke also has a condo. I cannot understand her review recently posted. Because my wife and I are retired we are often the point people for work that needs to be done here. We have probably had more experience with the management company and the maintenance guys than anyone in the building. They have always been cautious, courteous, friendly and respectful. They have done fine work for our building and have arranged for other competent contractors when the situation required such.

Todd and his team provide professional, responsive, and courteous service. They worked to manage a rental property for me for 8 years, and when it was time to sell, made recommendations, managed the process, and overall made smooth sailing. They are detail oriented and trustworthy. Would recommend without hesitation for property management and for home sales and purchase.

We were showed a home, provided application and financials and we told we were able to rent. Then, terms that were not listed in the listings were brought up. We worked through this, reached another agreement and during the days of non-response, eventually were told the property was no longer available at the last second. We are now without a home to live in when our lease is up in 2 weeks. They baited us into an agreement, didn't do their jobs at all and then pulled the rug out. This has clearly happened before. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. COWARDS!!

I moved into my apartment in June 2016. I love it! The maintenance and office staff have always been friendly and receptive to any and all of my questions or concerns. Any issues with my apartment have been dealt with extremely quickly. Im very impressed (and Im not easily impressed). Maintenance has gone above and beyond to make sure me and my son have a safe and suitable home. I can't say enough about the positive experience I've had as their tenant.
