We can give you information on any property that you find. Still looking for more information? It's probably here on the website somewhere. A good place to start is "Agent Info", but if you can't find something you are looking for, please give us a call or send us an email. The goal of Scott Film Realty is not necessarily to be the largest real estate company in the Capital District.

We do however, continually strive to be the best, and provide unmatched service to our clients. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUR PHILOSOPHY AND OUR PRACTICE, NOT A DEPARTMENT YOU HAVE TO CALL. Thanks for stopping by. We hope you visit again soon. Have a great day. This property is a church building located at the intersection of George St. and Swan St. spanning the entire block back to Hudson Ave.

A comparative market analysis and an appraisal are the two most common and reliable ways to determine a home's value. Your real estate agent can provide a comparative market analysis, an informal estimate of value based on the recent selling price of similar neighborhood properties. Reviewing comparable homes that have sold within the past year along with the listing, or asking, price on current homes for sale should prevent you from overpaying.

It was a pleasure having Scott as our sellers & buyers agent. He makes you feel as if you are his only client and handles business with degree of class not often seen in todays world. He sold our house within 1 month and negotiated a fantastic deal for us on our dream home. We absolutely recommend him above all others.
