Marco Shawki founded the firm in 2017, concentrating on real estate, personal transactions, business and corporate law, landlord-tenant matters and commercial litigation. Marco represents various clients in personal and business matters including real estate closings, commercial litigation, commercial real estate and leasing, landlord-tenant matters, and employment issues.
Purchasing real estate is the single biggest investment most families or business make. We work to ensure that our client gets what they bargained for. We will review and negotiate purchase and sale agreements to build contingencies that account for potential risks our clients may incur, review title and assist with the closing to ensure that the sale goes smoothly.
