Dirty and dated rooms. Key card had to be reset 3 times in two days. Looks and feels more like a slum than a hotel. Sketchy crowds, tv didn't work. Looking for cheap, ok. But you will feel gross staying in her. Rooms not very clean. Musty smells. Look around and you can do better for a little bit more money.

This place does not respect, and the they also ask for $100.00 when you show up for your room. They said you will get our $100.00 back when you leave for the check out. Make sure that they give you back your $100.00 deposit, even when you paid online. It's a lie. The price online does not count. Do Not Stay At This Hotel. This place does not deserve a star at all.

A friend recommended this. The staff is really friendly and the rooms are big and clean with a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. It is definitely outdated but the pool is nice and it is close to a lot of things. I personally would not recommend as I would prefer to be on the water but if you are budget conscious and want to be less than 2 miles from the water this is a good choice. They have a restaurant and bar in proper with great prices on drinks and I loved the potato skins.

My non smoking room smelt like smoke when we walked in. Gave me a headache. I should've ask to switch but I struggle with anxiety and sometimes I'm more of a 'eat the food that came out wrong, instead of sending it back person'. So honestly I should've just asked for a new room. But also house keeping should've done their job and report the smell of the room to the front so it was properly cleaned and aired out before someone rented it for 3 nights. But I had an incident where I forgot my purse at the hotel, and I was an hour away, I called them and they worked with me with checking the parking

Went into the bar for a bite to eat and a drink after a long day. Every tv on political channels and everyone going on and on about politics. Paid our tab and left. Went back later to get a room. Cops everywhere with a man laying on the ground zip tied. People all over watching as he layed there. It was Like watching bad reality tv. Never again! Too bad. We love the food there and good drinks but enough is enough..

This was not a cheap place so I didn't get the neglect. The place needs a little TLC. It's a little dirty. The sign outside is not on. The place is not easy to find at night.
They take a hundred dollar deposit right away when you check in. You get it back in about three days. That's a bit unusual I thought.
The rooms are average. There is no clock in the rooms. My room smelled bad I can't and didn't want to think of what I was smelling. The bathroom fan was really loud too. The TV worked well and there is plugs for you to put your phone charger.

Filthy!!!! Poolside has cigarettes laying around, the first room we stayed in the mattress was urine soaked and smelt awful the 3 of us had to squeeze into one bed, the solution was they moved our room, this one has mold growing on the ceiling and smelt horrible and the carpet was sticky. I let management know we were leaving and she said your not getting your money back...... I could careless about the money it's our health!! Oh and the room we got switch has no smoke alarm!

They do not clean.. pills found on the floor peeling paint and no lock on the window it could be opened from the outside ... maintenance put a broom stick and block to keep it closed

We'd stayed here for several years in order to attend the Withlacoochee Trail Rides in the spring and fall. Time and again we asked to not be placed near the pool where late night parties take place by locals, and assured we would not be. Once we arrived, our rooms were..
you guessed it, right on the pool! In addition, the place was very well worn, in not in good condition! Save your money and time, go elsewhere, we're moving to Crystal River or Inverness!

My Husband came into area for work at power plant.. As well as so many other workers.. They Charged us 388.00 a week.. We didnt have maid service but 2 times a week which they onky give u three towels at one time..This place is disgusting.. They let pit bull stay in rooms. Just plain nasty.. I Do Not Recommend Anyone To Stay Here.. And if I could I would give It a ZERO..

We could not even stay the night due to the state of the room. The door lock had clearly been broken in and roughly repaired, the carpet was not vacuumed (crumbs, sticks, and hair all over it), there were beer rings on the night stand with hair attached, the sink was not wiped down, mildew in the shower, toilet seat was wood and cracked paint. The only "cleaning" that was done was new sheets and the fitted sheet wasn't pulled down on one side of the bed. When we went and talked to the staff they acted like they didn't believe us (I took pictures) and said to call back and

Had a friend coming into town, booked a room over the phone for that night at 12:09 my friend called and had to move the visit so I call back at 12:35 they would not refund my money and then he ( mit ) told me they have a NO cancellation policy which he DID NOT mention to me at the time I booked the room, but yet you can cancel 1 day prior to your visit LOL. stay away from that shady place. Stay at the shed or riverside...... I only gave 1 star because you have too to leave a review... GOOD LUCK !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Save your money. Sleep in your car. Checked in at 3am because we were so tired. My husband ended up sleeping or rather " keeping watch " in the truck because of the fighting going on in the parking lot and neighboring rooms between crack heads. I slept in my clothes because I didn't want touch anything. I woke up at 7 am and we checked out immediately. Big waste of $83.
