My grandma died and I couldn't go to her service because I was really sick.
I placed an order from out of state, and the bouquet was so gorgeous I had chills when my family sent me pictures. I was really bummed I couldn't be there and for them to send the most beautiful bouquet on my behalf just made the situation a little bit better.

We are from out of state and ordered flowers for our brother’s funeral service ~ we just saw the pictures and were so pleased. We got the pheasant feather arrangement, I asked if they could throw in a few cattails and they did. One of the most gorgeous arrangements I have ever seen. I was tasked with buying flowers for an employee who had lost a family member. We had chosen a different florist, but they didn't have the flowers for the arrangement we had chosen. I did a quick search and found Schaaf, picked an arrangement and called to see if they could deliver same day.
I spoke to a woman named Betty who took my information and later that day the employee reported they had received a lovely arrangement. Schaaf was able to deliver same day with one phone call. I was very happy with their service and would call them again if I needed something in the Minneapolis area.

I ordered the Garden Joy flower arrangement for my daughter and son-in-law. The flowers were delivered on the day requested. I chose delivery of "anytime". My daughter said they were beautiful and sent me a picture. I agree the arrangement is beautiful but not quite as vibrate and rich as the Garden Joy arrangement was on the website. I understand flower substitutions maybe chosen by the florist, depending on what's available and fresh. I wish the florist would have notified me that the arrangement would not be the same as the website picture, that substitutions are going

Sent flowers to my daughters apt building downtown MPLS. They were very nice and she loved them. The only complaint I have is when you deliver it would have been nice to get a notification as to drop off time. My daughter wasn't notified until 11 pm. I have no way of knowing if they were delivered that late in the evening or if apt complex just didn't notify her? I will use again.

Delivery was on time and notification was great. However, the plant itself had much to be desired. I had ordered the Glorious Dish Garden and none of the plants pictured were the same and looked sickly. The plants were supposed to be Dieffenbachia, fern, ivy and spathiphyllum to arrive in a simple round dish and none of those plants were even in the dish that was received. When I called, I was told they were out of stock on many of the plants. I wish they had called me to let me know that they couldn't provide the plants I ordered as I would have ordered something else then. Very disappointed

We are from out of town and found Schaaf Floral based on reviews. We were really lucky to find Cindy Ohman and Schaaf Floral. Cindy was incredibly caring, helpful, and created a gorgeous succulent grouping for our daughter's birthday. Cindy even texted a picture so we could see it, which was so thoughtful and much appreciated. Highly recommend for fabulous service and beautiful, creative, unique arrangements!

First time customer. Tried one delivery of a plant and the recipient wasn't home and the office wasn't open. Spoke to the store and they were unwilling to give me the driver's number so I could arrange a different delivery time. They didn't want to try again the same day anyways. When I called back later they asked for the recipients phone number and after i had given them the area code she cut me off and asked in an extremely snotty way, "Is that the number?" Absolutely the worst floral experience I have ever had. I ordered flowers for my daughter for Valentine's Day a week before. As of 3:00 p.m. she had still not received them. I contacted them and said they had just been delivered. Contacted my daughter and they had not been. This happened twice!! They said they were delivered and they never were. It is now the next day and they have still not been delivered with no response from them.

Ordered an arrangement for Mother's Day. 2 days in advanced. I explained what I wanted, showed picture and paid in advance for pick up. When I come to pick them up it wasn't ready. At first they spent 10 minutes looking for the flowers, then they said I ordered to pick up later. (She told me I could go anytime after 830 and so I was there at 9). She comes back with 5 flowers, clearly not enough, bad quality. I had her switch out a few things and still wasn't happy. Terrible customer service. Overall really disappointed, they had cuter arrangements at Walmart honestly.

Had a great experience with Colleen today. I had originally tried to get flowers from 1800Flowers and they told me all their stores were closed due to weather... Colleen was there and assured me that things had not changed since I moved to CA (it's still cold and we still work). She then helped me get a last minute order placed for a funeral I could not attend. Being local, she knew the area and church and was able to skip a lot of the hullabaloo around addresses and location delivery times. Thank you for your help!

I used Schaaf Floral to order flowers for my long distance girlfriend. I've always worried about delivery flowers, since it's very easy and common for florists to throw some old, dying, or low end flowers into the arrangement. Schaaf Floral is different! The roses I sent were lively and in full bloom, with no wilting or bad petals. The prices for their arrangements are decently low, and delivery was a standard $10 extra.
