I recently had to make a claim on my auto policy with my agent Dyane at TS Peck and the process literally could not have been smoother. She took care of everything to my complete satisfaction. Over the years I've had to make a very few insurance claims but this is the first with TS Peck and I have never previously encountered anything close to this level of customer service.

I recently traded in my old vehicle and purchased a newer one from out of state. I called my personal lines agent Linda Parker at TS Peck she stayed after hours and went above and beyond for me as this purchase was going to take place on a Saturday when they were closed.
