I was told I would be called with a new policy rate to re-shop my policy, I did not hear back for two weeks so I called again to be told the new rate was emailed to me, it had not been. To re-shop my policy they decided to transfer me to the person I spoke with originally two weeks prior, I was transferred to several people who were not him and whom I had to explain why I was calling to each person. I am currently still waiting for my policy to be re-shopped. Credit Karma told me to re-shop with them and I wish I had just done that.

I was dealing with Jordan L after purchasing my new vehicle, I was with progressive paying almost $300 with a $1000 deductible with no rental coverage no roadside or NOTHING! He was able to assist me with lowering my insurance to $188 HE IS A GOD SEND!!! Very helpful, persistent , and You can tell that he really loves his job and loves helping people like me who doesnt need a crazy expensive amount to pay for insurance after having A BRAND NEW CAR!!!!
