A shout out to valets Brady and Moses for such warm interactions throughout our stay at this fall's dropoff.
The hotel has friendly staff and clean rooms. They were renovating the lounge bar area and still awaiting the right time to restart the buffet.
This hotel is very convenient to campus and trains the staff (including a lot of students) really well. Solid stay.

This is a beautiful hotel with a very friendly staff. I had the pleasure of staying at the AU Hotel for an entire week and it certainly felt like a home away from home. The room I had was very nice. I had a kind bed, a large smart TV, a desk for working, a coffee bar equipped with a microwave and fridge, and a large vanity area in the bathroom, along with a full size mirror near the door. In addition, the hotel had an adequate workout room with dumbbells, a cable machine, some core training equipment, and several treadmills. The pool area was also very nice and the lobby was beautiful and contained

Stayed here over the weekend, with my husband. We were in town for a concert nearby and are super picky when it comes to hotels so we picked this one based on reviews. The front of the hotel and lobby are very pretty and the staff was friendly, especially the guy working the valet booth.
The room was big, had GREAT a/c (which isn't always the case), a huge shower with amazing water pressure and a super comfy bed. There were also plenty of outlets and charging stations for phones. We also used the pool and it was nice having towels provided.
We will definitely stay here the next time we visit

This was our first time at this property, but definitely will not be the last. The common areas are nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Our room was immaculate, had nice quality linens and the bed and pillows we're comfortable. The room was equipped with nice quality toiletries, hairdryer, small refrigerator and coffee maker. The front desk staff were friendly, professional and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Food was prepared with fresh quality ingredients and beautiful presentation. Restaurant staff was courteous and friendly. We will definitely stay there on

The hotel was nice, but could have been better. There was no menu by the phone, so ordering food was very difficult. Also, my sink was constantly leaking and the toilet looked dirty. The housekeeping was sparse (1 cleaning for a 7 day stay). I assume that is due to coronavirus restrictions, but come on they could have come at least twice. My trash cans were both full by the time I left and I had to carry down empty food containers. They could have at least come to collect the empty containers from the room food delivery service. Also, the room temperature was absolutely freezing! It took me a long

This hotel was so much nicer than what I anticipated. It was clean, well furnished, and the staff was very professional. The valet greets you and will even pull your car around before you come down if you call the front desk. The hotel room is stocked with coffee keurig pods and complimentary water. Minis are waiting for you, and so are plenty of soft towels and pillows. Very roomy and the rooms are very modern. Will definitely recommend.

This is a nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms aren't super spacious, but not claustrophobic either. My bed was pretty comfortable and I slept well.

I'm weird and I smell the toiletries the hotel provides just out of curiosity. The toiletries at this hotel smell really nice compared to what you usually find. In case anyone else is as weird as me, now you know!

The breakfast at the restaurant was actually pretty good. Usually buffets aren't worth the $14 hotels like to charge, but this one would probably be worth it. Fortunately, since I was part of a room

The very best hotel in Auburn! The staff is amazing and is always super nice. The rooms are always very clean and the best part is they let you bring your dogs. The restaurant has an amazing breakfast buffet that is priced reasonably and great afternoon happy hours. If your an AU PARENT ask for the parent rate. WAR EAGLE!

It's so nice to be greeted with a smile! The staff of The Hotel at Auburn University and Dixon Conference Center are upbeat, smiling, and eager to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible! The decor and furnishings are vintage but in excellent condition. The main lobby is cozy and inviting for a group meet or for a more personal greet and meet if desired.
The hotel is almost like a museum as it presents a visual record of Auburn University history.
The guest rooms are nicely decorated and renovated. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are well outfitted.

My wife and I stayed here while I was attending a training conference at the University. The hotel is conveniently located and particularly accessible to campus. The lobby of the hotel is warm and comfortable, with the entrance to the restaurant located in the hotel. Staff members are friendly, many being students, and knowledgeable of the campus area.

The hotel is a bit older. It has been renovated, but as with any old building you can see signs of age in areas (i.e. Elevators). The rooms was average size and cozy. Beds were fairly comfortable. Blankets are somewhat lacking and the pillows weren

My cousin's fiancée is an Auburn graduate, and they decided to have their wedding in Auburn and to reserve a block of rooms at the Hotel at Auburn University. The hotel is super easy to find: it's right across from campus! It was a perfect choice: great quality, fair price, and fantastic location.

My boyfriend and I ended up with a corner room, and it was pleasant and just spacious enough for a normal hotel room. The bed box spring was a little squeaky, but the mattress and the pillows were comfy. We could have used an extra blanket, as the bedding did not include a comforter or top

Nice clean room with a small bathroom but large shower. The rooms were quiet. I heard no noise from the hallway or nearby rooms during our stay.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

We went to the bar to have dessert and drinks around 10:30. We had the macaroons, which we loved. I also had a decaf cup of coffee that was served with all the fixings. Probably the best cup of standard decaf I've ever had.

Great place but kitchen is a disaster Over a hour for simple dinner. Why can't hotels figure out to run a restaurant?

Ok finally got our food and it was excellent . Server tried hard to make amends . Cooks were overwhelmed somehow on a Saturday night when Hotel was full and booked for months so can't figure why hotel not ready for busy night

Maybe a outlier.
