One of the most compassionate, gentle and intelligent dentist that I have ever been to. You see I'm what you call a very anxious patient, I don't care for someone (Dr. Or not) looking in my mouth. Dr. Lam made me feel comfortable and calm. Her assistant was also knowledgeable and calming. I highly recommend this office to you and your family. 5 ⭐'s would give 10

Very satisfied with Dr. Lam, she was honest with my work that needed to be done and explained everything clearly. Very nice and clean office unlike other high volume dental offices that try to get patients in and out. Dr. Lam explained my options and did not pressure me at all. I can tell she cared about my teeth as she took her time to go over my oral health. She also accommodated me the same day I called when I was in pain. Highly recommended.

I've been to many dentists and gone through many procedures and this is my favorite dental place! The office is very clean and organized. The office is often decorated according to seasons/holidays, who likes a plain, boring dental office anyway! There is also entertainment for the kids in the waiting room, big plus! The receptionist is very nice and is great at calling to schedule/confirm appointments. Dr. Lam is VERY knowledgeable and explain everything so you have a better understanding during your appt. She does not hesitate to answer any question. I have tons of fillings and she was able to

This place was absolutely fantastic! Ok, so I haven't gone to the dentist in 13 years (ya seriously) as I'm not a fan of pain. For some reason I have always associated the dental office with pain, maybe its from all of that ortho I went through as a kid. So I tried this place out, they were having a special so why not. I went in and it was like I was part of their family. I told them how long it had been and it didn't faze them, they just said lets take a look. X-rays, cleaning, exam, no problem. No pain in any way. What really helped was being able to watch a DVD while I sat in the chair, it took

Trusmiles Family Dental is a nice dental clinic to have your teeth cared, Dr. Lam was very nice and carefully went through all of the procedures that I need in my last week's visit to her clinic. Also, her assistant, Karen was nice too.
I had my teeth X-rayed, cleaned, fluoride treatment and cavities filled with great satisfaction. Yes, I would recommend Dr. Laura Lam's dental clinic to my family and friends.
Update 10/28/14:
I went back to Dr. Lam for the cavity fill which had been done 10 days ago. There is some roughness in the cavity fill which has caused my dental floss torn coming through
