We are so glad you are here! We always like to know who is behind the companies we interact with, so let us introduce ourselves. We are Lucio and Jody Battisti, husband and wife, parents to our son, Dino, daughter, Giada, three dobermans and more chickens than we can count. Our most commonly asked question is "how do you pronounce Lucio?"

I have used Battisti for watch repairs and batteries for years. They are always helpful, make great suggestions and are very much up front when a certain watch was going to be slightly more expensive for the battery. The new store is BRIGHT, well laid out and still easy to get to with their new location. May they do extra well in the new store and I know I will be returning.

Truly the best experience I've ever had with a jeweler! Started out by following them on IG and then fell in love with them and their work and decided to take the plunge! I had my og engagement and wedding ring pair completely reworked and updated and I am beyond satisfied with the end product. Jody provided exceptional guidance every step of the way, and really helped me nail down and execute my vision. The incredible customer service! I have the moony ring from them in yellow gold and every time I wear it I get compliments. They walked me through the process of making it and were so kind any time I would reach out with questions. Absolutely wonderful company! Such genuine care with every piece they make. I haven't experienced customer service like I did today at Battisti Jewelers in years!! The jeweler was so professional, kind, honest and truly went above and beyond to answer my (pretty mundane) questions. I felt I was treated more than fairly and that the prices were honest (so rare these days). If you want to be treated like 'gold' I would highly recommend going for a visit. Just excellent.
