We attribute much of our store's success to the close friendship that the business was founded upon. Our fathers, Frank Giudice and Christopher Maenza, entered their first business partnership when they opened Gates Barber Shop in 1966 (a year before we were even born). With this first venture they realized that they had a good thing going because they worked so well together.

I've been shopping with Charisma Jewelers within the last few years. Every visit is greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff. There is a reason my family still buys and continues to buy from Charisma for their jewelry needs.
When I came in to purchase my fiancee's engagement ring, I had the privilege of working with Marco who helped me with setting and diamond selection to ensure it was a sparkling as could be. We've just recently purchased bands for our wedding this upcoming year, and again we went back.
They've certainly earned customers for life with both of us.

One of the best shopping experiences we have had in a long time. We were not only extremely satisfied with the service provide and the weddings rings we purchased but also very impressed with Halis memory and level of customer service. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring with Hali in July/August of 2020. I am allergic to most metals resulting in my inability to wear anything other than sterling silver or stainless-steel for long periods of time. Today I picked up the engagement ring I intend to present to my girlfriend and ask her to marry me. The staff was wonderful, they helped me to make an informed and intelligent purchase while working withing my budget. The ring is absolutely stunning, as is everything in their show room. Thank you so so much. Even if she says no, ill still keep the ring and and wear it on one of my toes and pretend my feet are married... it's that pretty.

Though my time in Charisma Jewelers was short, I still rate the customer service a 5/5. Charisma was my last stop on a long day of going from jeweler to jeweler. My fiancé ordered my engagement ring from an online store, and though it's is absolutely perfect and stunning, it's a bit too big. Because the store is only online, I knew I wanted to go to a few jewelry stores in my area to make sure I was getting the right size. There are not enough words to describe how happy I am with my entire experience from buying an engagement ring from Charisma Jewelers! I was assisted every step of the way by Morgan, and she absolutely deserves a raise. I never felt pressured to buy anything. I felt like I was treated as if I was an old family friend every step of the way. Due to Covid-19 shutting down the showroom, I had to wait three months to be able to pick up the engagement ring. Marco is the absolute best. I’m originally from Rochester but now live in Portland OR and Marco assisted me in picking the diamond, band, and style all remotely. Process could not have been easier from the viewing all the way to making payments on the ring. Not to mention he had it across country the NEXT DAY after final payment. Charisma is my jewelry store, even from Oregon!
